Serves its purpose well, especially for vintage bikes!
These brackets were a life saver since my Yamaha Maxim is 30 years old and parts can be quite difficult to find. I went to a fab shop for an estimate for having brackets fabricated, the labor charge was about $200! I thought I was doomed to never ride with saddlebags until I found these. I had to get alternate bolts as the ones that came with them were not the right fit, and had to drill my sissy bar to get them to fit, but otherwise it was a smooth install. Pictures and a more detailed set of instructions would have been very helpful though. They're riding well and I'm happy with this purchase, def would recommend! :)

Good supports, lacking bolts
These supports do the job well. They are pretty simple to install and have a good finish. I had to buy longer bolts to fit my Vulcan. These come with:
(2) M10x70 Hex bolts
(2) M10x50 Hex bolts
(4) M8x30 Hex bolts
(4) M8x45 Hex bolts
If those won't work for your bike expect to buy other bolts.

It does the job.
It would have been nice to have better instructions with a picture. This is my first bike and I am learning as I go how things work. None of the bolts included would fit my 2005 Honda Shadow 600vlx. I had to go to Lowes for longer bolts to replace the stock bolts. But all in all after working with it for a while I got them on and they seem to work fine.
