Saddlemen Gel-Channel Sport Seat Suzuki GSXR 600/GSXR 750 2011-2013
I've only ridden a couple hundred miles on this seat but further break-in should tell the tale. I'm going to be riding nearly 4,000 miles in 3 weeks on my 2009 R1 so if this seat sucks, you will all know it!
Initial impression of the seat is positive. It's heavier than the stock seat but the fit and finish is pretty good. While the seat doesn't fit quite as perfect as the OEM seat, I'll call it an 8.5 - 9/10. No one will notice unless you point it out.
Installation is easy as it uses the stock mounting points but the forward mount points are only slightly different. The stock seat uses a single slot in the middle, while this seat has two metal brackets that slide under a portion of the battery cage. The ONLY issue is the seat is very stiff and the R1 requires pulling the rear portion of the seat back to expose the bolts to remove it. I'm frequently tinkering with electronics which require removal of the seat so this has added a bit of frustration but I imagine it will get better once the seat is broke in a little.
Initial impressions are very noticeable. You can clearly tell the seat distributes weight to the sides of the seat instead of the middle. After a 300 mile ride, I was ready for more action after just resting for a couple hours. It took a lot of the fatigue out of the ride.
The matching rear cover is a nice touch. They suggest getting it stitched onto the rear seat or replacing the whole cover if you want to. This isn't a bolt-on per say, so you'll need access to a upholstery level staple gun.
Overall I'm pretty happy. The price for these seats is a little steep but I think my rear end will be thankful I spent the money.

Way too hard.
This gel seat is strange, it's just a tad more comfortable than the stock seat. The thing about it is it's very stiff, you have to put some serious force to get this to flex.
Also I've noticed that the times it's most comfortable is when you're actually getting into some good curvy roads that keep your body moving. If you're cruising you get sore pretty quickly.
Overall, it looks nice but for me it's way too stiff for it being a gel seat.

Night and day
My girlfriend loves it. "Feels like I can ride for hours" her words. Increased seating height about .5"-1" so she's on her toes now but once it settles in it might go down.

Soooo much better
I have a 2013 GSXR1000 and love this seat. I can now ride my normal commute/joy ride route and it doesn't feel like I've been sitting on a rock the whole time. Feels like I just got on :) it rose the seating position up about .5" and forward just a bit. At first it felt a little too forward but I'm getting used to it. The air channel feels great on the few warm days we've had and it should do well when it heats up. Great product and worth the money. My bottom is ever so grateful.

Good seat, comfortable and well built
The seat doesn't fix exactly like an OEM does, but it fits well enough not to matter. No issues while riding but there is a little bit of play in the seat off the bike.
This seat is comfortable and a great upgrade from the stock, I was having issues sliding forward on the stock seat. This seat seems to have eliminated that issue.
The seat is suede or something similar, I would not recommend leaving your bike outside or letting it get wet.

Saves Your A#%
Purchased my newest steed with this installed (as well as having the pillion seat covered to match) and it allowed a 200 mile highway trip home (on the new bike) in absolute comfort. Having had another D675 for 5 years before picking up my 2012, I can attest to how I would have to adjust and readjust my posture to enable a 2-3 hour ride, let alone 4.5 hours in the saddle. Forget the days of tailbone pain and aching legs, this thing cushions so well, you wont want to get off. As for the suede like texture, I personally like that it helps stick me in the seat at high speeds, although a track day might be a little compromised. Buy this today and you will never ride with pain again.
