Saddlemen Dominator Driver Backrest For Harley
Not Happy With This
Thought it would be a great seat by all the hype it gets.... not much better than the sporty 1200 seat that was on my bike. Wife didnt like the passanger seat either, both our butts were numb after 20 mins....

Great looking product, Saddlemen did themselves proud with this seat.
The seat looks awesome, the carbon fiber look is really a signature look. Installing was a snap and the construction is solid and well crafted. I am 5'11 and about 180 lbs the seat holds my lower back tight and evens the pressure along tail bone. I have about 200 miles on the seat and so far i have no complaints. The seat gives my 2007 Custom Softail a very mean look of a low profile seat but with the comfort of a touring seat. I recommend this product fully.

HD seat was hard as a rock. This is much better for your asset.
Nice air flow and gel is very comfortable. Adds a little extra back support too.

Very Happy, Happy, Happy
I got this seat for my Wife 2015 street glide special. Great look on the bike , very comfortable, it did move her forward but she needed that. Would recommend.

Good quality seat.
Took a little work to get this installed. Had to get a longer screw than the one provided and recruit a helper to push the seat against the main seat to get the screw in. The fit up with my Saddlemen Solo seat though is perfect and tight once installed. Looks good on my Harley 48. According to my wife, it is not the most comfortable seat in the world, but then again the 48 is not really meant for 2-up riding. The only way to get a better seat would be a bigger bike. I would recommend this, but be aware it won't ride like a touring bike passenger seat.

Most comfortable seat I've had in 25 years
I only have 300 miles on it but I can tell it will be great for the typical 300 mile backroad day trip, and the long haul, 750 mile day on the slab. It does raise me up about an inch on my Street Glide. At 5'11" I'm fine with it.
The comfort channel works well for taking pressure off the tail bone and spine with backrest installed. The backrest has 3 height positions, and a thumb screw for fine tuning the angle. Great dispersion of pressure on the back - no hot spots like my C&C seat backrest.
My SG is a CVO with carbon fiber accents on the inner fairing, tank trim, a/c cover, and derby cover. The carbon fiber weave on this seat blends in like it was custom made.

Massive improvement over stock seat
The seating position is about an inch and a half higher than the stock XL883N seat, so that takes some getting used to. There is also a slight gap between the tank and front of the seat. I feel like the metal tongue on the front could be longer, as it just barely catches in the slot, but it's sturdy enough that it doesn't concern me much. Much more comfortable than stock, I've put a couple thousand miles on it so far. I rode about 200 miles (5 hours) yesterday with no discomfort. I'm looking forward to getting the backrest soon.
