The Rukka RVP Air Back Pad meets the requirements of CE Norm prEN 1621-1 2010 ("Level 1"). If you are looking for Level 2 performance, check out the Rukka D3O Air Back Protector.

Answer: 
The Rukka RVP Air Back Pad measures 20 1/4" top to bottom, 11 1/2" at its widest point (those two bulges), 4 1/4" on the top end (right before the bend), and 8 1/4" on the bottom end (right before the end). It is a little bit less than 1/8" thick.
