Roland Sands CE Armor - Elbow
For me these protection are very tight. I chose the jacket to be a little closer to the body and because of this the protection bothers me.

Not much to review here! Good high quality pad!
There is not much much to say about this product, It fit. It has great protective qualities, though i think it shouldh ave COME with the Jacket.

I got this elbow protection when I bought my back and shoulder protectors for my Maven leather jacket. Although they call them elbow protectors, they're actually exactly the same as the shoulder protectors. They're super light and flexible, however, I found that they didn't seem to fit that well in the elbow pockets of my jacket and so seemed to slide around too much, so I ended up removing them.

It fits as it should in my RSD Ronin. Can't speak to durability. Some chatter in reviews that the D3o would fit and would be better overall, but I can't say.

Very light and pliable, comfortable to wear and less restrictive than hard armor.

A bit bulky in my RS Ronin Jacket
Since the Roland Sands Ronin jacket is cut a bit slimmer, the addition of the Roland Sands CE Elbow Armor makes it a tight fit around the elbow, arm joint area. It's a snug feel with arms relaxed, but uncomfortably tight when my arms are bent to reach the bars of my triumph Street Triple. I'm a slim build, so I can only imagine how it might be impossible for someone with larger biceps to use this armor with their Ronin jacket.

Good elbow armor
This stuff seems like just the right amount of protection for the elbow. Sure, you can take things up a notch with more serious armor, but for urban/cruising, this is pretty nice. Good coverage, and fits the RS Ronin perfectly.
Note that the armor can "shift" a little when putting the jacket on, but it doesn't take much effort to make sure it's positioned correctly. I thought this might annoy me but it doesn't. And I'm easily annoyed.

Not quite sure it fits right
I am not quite sure it fits correctly within the barfly jacket. the armour itself is of high quality for a good price but i do not think the pockets in the rsd jackets are designed correctly. it slumps more down over the backside of my forearm rather than over my elbow. i have had a titanium plate installed in my elbow from a previous motorcycle accident so i am looking into purchasing some external armor that cups the elbow better.
