Roland Sands CE Armor - Elbow
A bit bulky in my RS Ronin Jacket
Since the Roland Sands Ronin jacket is cut a bit slimmer, the addition of the Roland Sands CE Elbow Armor makes it a tight fit around the elbow, arm joint area. It's a snug feel with arms relaxed, but uncomfortably tight when my arms are bent to reach the bars of my triumph Street Triple. I'm a slim build, so I can only imagine how it might be impossible for someone with larger biceps to use this armor with their Ronin jacket.

Good elbow armor
This stuff seems like just the right amount of protection for the elbow. Sure, you can take things up a notch with more serious armor, but for urban/cruising, this is pretty nice. Good coverage, and fits the RS Ronin perfectly.
Note that the armor can "shift" a little when putting the jacket on, but it doesn't take much effort to make sure it's positioned correctly. I thought this might annoy me but it doesn't. And I'm easily annoyed.

Not quite sure it fits right
I am not quite sure it fits correctly within the barfly jacket. the armour itself is of high quality for a good price but i do not think the pockets in the rsd jackets are designed correctly. it slumps more down over the backside of my forearm rather than over my elbow. i have had a titanium plate installed in my elbow from a previous motorcycle accident so i am looking into purchasing some external armor that cups the elbow better.

Haven't been really able to test the product as I haven't fallen. But seems solid and fits well.

Fits the Ronin without issue
A little struggle to get the armor into the Ronin, but once in there, it fits great, and doesn't change the fit of the jacket.
Revzilla tag covers up the instructions, so a bit of work required to figure out which side goes toward the body and which goes toward the jacket.

I have the Rocker Jacket and I bought this armor because it fits the jacket. In my opinion you cannot really see that I am wearing any armor inside the jacket. I haven't crashed in the jacket so I can't comment on the protection.
The jacket does snug up with the added armor so if the jacket fits you snug without the armor it will fit tight with it.

Great Added Security
I normally wouldn't wear armor, but my girlfriend is a bit of a safety freak. When she found out I had slots in my new ronin jacket for armor, she got me these. Since I have put them in and I pretty much forget they are there when I'm riding. I do feel a little safer with these in. Very pleased with both the design of the jacket and this armor.

This armor fits the RSD Ronin pockets fairly well. The pockets on this jacket are a bit higher on the arm than many other jackets but the armor still covers the elbow. I think it works best with the widest end installed farthest away from the body. The armor is flexible enough that it is not really visible and it's comfortable.
