Roland Sands CE Armor - Back
Good so far
It's my first jacket/armor purchase(roland sands ronin), so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It fits well, is a little adjustable, very flexible and I usually barely notice it unless I'm thinking about it. Haven't had to use it yet (thankfully), but it feels like it would provide reasonable cushioning. It does work well with people playfully punching me to test it out though :)

Seems good to me
I have all three of these pads in my Roland Sands Vandal jacket(back, shoulders, and elbows). They are easy to install and fit nicely in the pockets. This back pad does make the jacket a little snugger around the chest but not uncomfortable at all. I have not tested these pads in the sense of falling off my bike (knock on wood), but they do provide me with some peace of mind and seem like they would provide some protection.

... it's "armor" padding
Cool. So this is the back pad for Roland Sands Jackets. It fits perfectly (almost like it was designed for RS jackets ... ?). It's not one piece and it's not solid plastic... Not sure if you have those expectations, but it's a soft absorband rubber material that's in 3 layers I believe (each layer being ~.25in). They flex and fit into the pocket as designed.

There is not much much to say about this product, It fit. It has great protective qualities, though i think it shouldh ave COME with the Jacket.

I use this back protector in my Maven lather jacket in addition to shoulder protection. It's super light and flexible - I hardly even notice it's there.

It fits as it should in my RSD Ronin. Can't speak to durability. Some chatter in reviews that the D3o would fit and would be better overall, but I can't say.

Nice and flexible.
Easy to put in. Flexible and easy to wear compared to many other similar products.
