I ended up returning these because the sizing was weird for me. I usually wear an xl, but with these the middle finger was too short, so when I flexed my hand it put too much pressure on the glove. They were already bulky, so I was afraid up sizing for the correct finger length would make the glove way too wide and bulky, so I'll keep searching for an ideal fit. Also, I wasn't impressed with the build quality, the leather had a couple markings in it and some of the seams seemed poorly stitched up. I guess for the price you can't complain much. They did seem like they would be warm though, so I'll give them a good bang for the buck rating if you can find the right fit.

Good for Cold Weather
I recently used these gloves to go from NJ to Boston in temperatures that dipped as low as about 38F. I wouldn't say that my hands were particularly warm by the time it was all said and done, but the performance for a non-heated glove was fantastic and I never felt like I was losing feeling to my hands which is about as much as I was asking of this glove.
My only complaint and the reason for only a four-star review is that the fingers are very oddly-shaped. The thumb is too long and narrow and a bit uncomfortable while the rest of the fingers seem to fit just fine. I guess the designer had weird thumbs?

Snug fit not a lot of finger length for those with long fingers. I have been cougth in near freezing rain twice now and the gloves stayed dry and toasty.

Zane M:I've used these down to about 40º while riding and they have kept my hands from getting cold, but I wouldn't say they were warm at that temperature (but at least my fingers didn't lose feeling). The do keep you dry, but keep in mind they have a very short "gauntlet", so most likely they need to be tucked into a jacket rather than worn over. Either way, if there is a weak spot for rain, that would be it.Oct 30, 2014
