Love it! I'll admit I had never heard of River Road, but saw this item on sale and watched the product review video. The holster pocket is a nice touch, but like others have said, the elastic is difficult to use. I've had several patches sewn on and my MC colors look great on it. Be warned that it cannot accommodate a side rocker patch. Love it though. November 15, 2013
Great vest for the price Got my vest a Lil while ago. And I must say I love it. Got because I'm joining a MC and needed a quality cut. My only disappointment was that the holster. The holster has to elastic bands in the inside that's suppose to the holster. It's pretty difficult to holster and unholster a firearm. But I personally just slide the firearm into the pocket without using the bands it's deep enough to hold it in place. September 2, 2013
Great overall vest great design, thick leather, easily adjusts, very comfortable August 5, 2013
Quality Vest at Good Price very good looking and high quality vest. very "clean" looking, but still has style. if you're anything like me and don't really go for the "busy" looking gear with studs and tassels and what not, then this vest is right up your alley. very simple and clean without being boring. the concealed carry pocket is an "ok" feature in theory, but DO NOT buy it for that reason. I thought it would be cool and bought it thinking I would use it, but I find that my holster is more reliable, although it's bulkier under the vest. I just find the vest "holster pocket" to be kinda cumbersome...and I carry a small gun Glock 26 and/or a Ruger SR9C and I still find it's hard to pull the gun out in a hurry - kinda gets caught up in the lining, etc. just more trouble than its worth to me. the pocket is deep enough for a larger gun if you choose to try it anyway - heck it may even work better with a larger gun cos the handle is easier to reach...maybe I'll try it with my full size S&W .40 and get back with y'all!!.... Awesome vest for the money, nice adjustability. I am 6'1" @ 195lbs athletic build and the medium fits quite nicely, the adjusters will not tighten down real tight without sticking out in the front a little awkwardly but the fit with them flush with the Velcro is nice and allows room to fit a hoodie or jacket underneath for cooler weather. The inner holster pocket is very handy and the accessible back panel is a nice touch if you were inclined to throw some patches on the vest. A spine protector would have been nice but for 110$ there is no complaining. May 20, 2013

A shopper asked: I am 6'3 athletic build looking to use this vest for my colors would size med be comfortable with a riding jacket underneath or would I be better off to go with a large? Aug 4, 2014

Kern H:

I would believe if your going to wear a jacket underneath you should go wit a large. I have 42" chest and about 200lbs. And a Med fits me well with a little room

Marshall M: I would definitely go with a large. I tried an XL first and it was too snug. Returned the vest and exchanged it for a 2XL. Fits well. No hassle return/exchange! Aug 7, 2014
