River Road Harrier Leather Tactical Vest
Great quality vest
230 Lbs Male 5'8" tall
bought the 2XL
this allows the straps to be all the way in with a T-shirt and expand out for over riding gear. Velcro is of great quality but wonder if it would be better if it went from the front towards the back but would be opposite of normal tactical vest.
zip out lining is good for patch's
would for sure recondmend

Perfect, unlike the ones LeatherUpTheArse.com is selling
Order 1 size smaller & there's plenty of adjustability to make it larger for over jacket use. Zipper is quality as are the velcro adjustment straps. There's a zipper for the liner so a back protector can actually fit in there though it wasn't designed for that use. (SAS-TEC Back Protector
SC-1/16 is exactly the right size in theory....out of stock so I have to wait to find out. Doesn't bunch up on the stomach like cheap knockoffs sold by LeatherUpTheArse.com whose parent company is called....wait for it..... Nanal. I think the N stands for Nasty and the rest is obvious. All of their products look like 70's leather gear for non motorcyclists if you get my hint. My mistake for trying them twice in six years.
RevZilla actually sent me a size down and an Icon Stripped vest just to try on for sizing comparison! Then they graciously picked up the tab for the return slip after I decided to send back two of four items. These guys are incredible! I will be a lifelong customer of RevZilla.

Everything is as described
Friend has this same vest and it fits well on me and I like on how it has a heavy feel when it sits on me. I don't like super light vest and this one hit the spot.

Pretty decent vest for the price
Was interested in a little extra protection for warmer weather, and this seems to fit the bill. Quality seems pretty good for a less expensive vest, it fit right, and is comfortable. protection is a little limited, but better than just a shirt. Holster pocket loops appear to be of limited usefulness, but it's nice to see they had concealed carry in mind. Overall, it was worth the money.

Fits great, looks great, 100% buffalo leather adjustable straps for wearing sweaters or if your fat, and a Gun Pocket that is all

Wellworth the savings
This is a great vest for your MC cuts. I was torn between this and the Icon. I went with this for the savings and I am very happy with it. It fits true to size. I cant wait to add my colors to it.

Excellent Style & Comfort
My eye had been on this vest for a while, but when it went on sale, I couldn't resist the impulse purchase urge. This is a great vest in full grain buffalo leather. The quality of construction is excellent. It fits true to size for an average build (I wear a size small, and I am 5'-5" at 155 lbs). The lining feels great, and the inside zippered back panel of the lining allows the application of your colors with ease. I wear a fully armored motard jacket underneath my vest, and it fits perfectly over it. And even when I just wear the vest over a t-shirt, it still looks great and is not large at all. The inside front pockets are useful, but the two built-in elastic straps for the holster pocket is really a waste, since you cannot "quickdraw" your firearm when using the elastic straps. Also, the concealed carry pocket is for right-handed folks only. It'd be better to use your own holster like a Galco in the pocket. This vest has an "edgier" style versus the traditional biker look. At the sub $100 price range, you get a similar look to the Icon Regulator Stripped Vest but without the Icon price.

Awesome but short!
I just got this vest in and will have to send it back. I am 6'1", 235lbs and athletic...this vest is about 2" too short even in an XL. All my shirts look like dresses with this vest on unless I tuck them in so if you have a long torso (or even if you have a slightly longer than normal torso) you may need to look at a different vest. Sucks because this vest is zipper front, has gun pockets, and has the zippered back to simplify sewing on patches. All around great vest, just too short.
With regard to sizing, whatever size shirt you wear, go with the same size in this vest. People say it runs large but they must have the velcro straps pretty far out (which looks silly) or be skinny. If you want he straps to look decent, get your normal size.
