River Road Bravado II Leather Overpants
They're a solid pair of pants, and for the price I can't complain. They look simple, a great alternative to all the gaudy ads covering most gear.
Overall the pants are great. I'm a fan of leather protective in general after I took a small spill a few months ago and the asphalt ripped through my kevlar K-Legs like it was nothing, giving me some really unnecessary road rash. Hopefully I'll never have the opportunity to crash test these pants, but my thinking is that no thread-based material is going to offer the same protection as leather.
The side zippers are not top notch, but they are big and metal and after 3 months of use I've never had one snag in a way that wasn't easy to resolve so they get a thumbs up from me.
The bottom of each leg has 3 button snaps to keep the legs closed at the ankle which is aesthetically pleasing but is also a PITA because they take twice as long to close up as the super-quick zippers. If you don't button them up they flap around in the wind so you have to do it.
These pants are pretty thick, I wear them as part of a set of full leathers every day on a commute through traffic in Los Angeles, and on hotter days I most certainly get sweaty. On cold days they do an EXCELLENT job of keeping wind chill down. I used to wear wool thermals when it gets below 50F, but with these my lower half keeps pretty warm regardless.
You aren't going to win any fashion shows, leather pants haven't been in style for 3 decades now, but the pants have an unobtrusive look that doesn't attract a lot of attention and I don't feel weird wearing them. One downside is that they're designed to fit gear under them, so they create a pretty baggy/loose look if you aren't a big guy. To be expected from overpants.
For the price the leather on these is thicker than you would expect, which is great, and on mine they used the thicker part of the hide toward the top of the pants. Some variation in hide thickness is unavoidable with leather products, and I'm glad they made the extra effort to put more protection where it does more good.
I'm a true 33" and I originally bought the 34", which was way too big. I took advantage of Revzilla's fantastic exchange policy and got a 32" (smallest they offer) but it is still baggy on me. Maybe I've been hitting the gym more than I thought. Also keep in that this like any leather product will stretch in places where its stressed over time so a tight fit isn't a deal breaker.

Great set of leather overpants
I recently bought these pants for a 4,400 mile trip around the United States and am glad I did. They are well built and very comfortable to ride in. I always wore jeans under my leather pants and it was still comfortable and very easy to get in and out of them with the zipper that extends from the bottom of the pants to around the hip area.
I usually wear a size 34 pant and went with a 36 for the leathers so it would fit over my jeans better. The size 34 was a bit too snug and I had to return them. The pants come long so you will most likely have to cut them with a pair of scissors. This is actually very nice since it let's you adjust the length of your pants EXACTLY to your liking.
Not much airflow in these pants since they are leather but they will keep you warm in 40-50 degree weather with a pair of long johns and jeans on. If I got warm I found unzipping the bottom of the leather pants a bit helped. I would keep the bottom button on the leathers buttoned up so the legs wouldn't flap around everywhere.
Overall a great pair of pants and seems heavy enough to protect you if you find yourself sliding down the pavement (luckily I haven't tested it's durability yet!)

Few things to point out.........
First, Revzilla is outstanding to deal with. Price matched the pants, sent three pair, I kept two. Purchased a size 40, which was received the following day, based on buying tips. My waist is a 39, belly a 40. The 40 was HUGE! I could have put my size 13 Chippewa riding boot in the waist. I still fit in the 36, but settled on the more reasonable 38 with room to spare and definitely need a belt. Pants are comfy. Bought these for cool weather but have not yet tested below 62 degrees. I do like the way they look.
A tad concerned about the quality of the zippers.
I bought some Wilson Leather jackets at the same time and you can tell the difference between quality zippers that do not snag or even hint of getting stuck. Wish the zippers on the pants were nearly as good. The lining on the size 36 was stuck inside the zipper when we got it. Seems to be ok now but not something you want to have to deal with when wearing them.
No idea why they would not put a double pull zipper on the legs. You can't get in your pockets.
I was not able to find any other leather overpant to compare to in person prior to buying these. My final decision was based on Revzilla's outstanding customer service, exchange policy, free shipping and price matching.

Great quality for the price!!!
I wear only shorts under these pants and I stay pretty cool with them. They are sized right according to the website and I received them quickly. I recommend this product.

Bravado II leather pant
I am 6 foot and take a 40" waist with a 32" inseam. I initially ordered a 42" and found them extremely large in the waist. I returned them and ordered a size 40" waist and they are a great fit, slightly larger but will be great once I use a belt.
Be sure to order the same size as you would normally wear in jeans or other pants.
The leg is longer than normal pants so you will need to cut some off the length. I will need to cut about 2" off them.
The pant comes with additional snaps once you cut the leg but only enough snaps are provided for one leg. Make sure they send additonal snaps for both legs.
