River Road Baron Mesh Jacket
A good jacket, especially for the price
Just moved to California from New England, needed a jacket for the constant warm weather. This one fits the bill perfectly. The all mesh is great for the hot weather while still giving full protection.

Good Bang for the Buck
I was in need a simple mesh jacket for my daily commute to and from work and needed something that didn't break the bank. It flows air well and while not having the protection of a full leather racing suit for what it is I think it will provide adequate protection in a get off. The liner is nice on cool mornings but makes the fit just a bit tight in the arms. If you have large arms be aware of this. With out the liner the fit is near perfect. I am 5'11" about 205lbs. and I got a large. All in all just what I was looking for.

Perfect fit for me. Very nice removable liner. I love the way the sleeves zip and velcro closed, also the neck button is actually comfortable when closed. Vents air in hot weather perfectly.

Much better than I expected.
I was expecting a lightweight, fairly flimsy jacket, based on the low price. When I pulled it out of the box I started grinning. Yah, I'm pleased with it.
In warm weather it flows great. Cooler temps - put in the excellent liner and it's a cold weather jacket.

This Jacket is two in one, as the liner makes it 3 seasons for sure.
The jacket was so comfortable I hardly noticed it. No tight spots, no extra material to flop around in the wind. The liner is easy to zip in and out. The best part was how cool the jacket is in hot weather, 93 degrees and I was very comfortable. The mesh works great with air flow. I wont be buying a new leather jacket for protection, as the CE pads are not in the way whjile riding or walking around. They give you that protected feeling in case of a mishap. At my age I am very picky and no tolerance for discomfort. The style and good looks are what I was looking for. This jacket delivered and well worth the money.

Get what you pay for
Perfectly fine as a budget jacket. Certainly not a high quality performance jacket. Worn two weeks so far, with and without liner, in temps between 60 and 90 degrees. Without the liner in, the mesh jacket has all the airflow you could ask for, but the jacket is loose without the liner. There aren't enough adjustments to make the jacket snug without the liner. With the liner in, 60 degrees was bearable, but I wouldn't ride in much cooler air with this jacket. I'm 6'0", and the back of the jacket just touched my belt line in riding position. It doesn't ride up, but its on the verge of being a tad too shot. It gets the job done, and as a new rider this was a good budget starter jacket. Yesterday as I geared up, the main zipper unzipped from the bottom up. Less than impressive... I will likely upgrade next season.

Great Jacket, Won't Be Let Down!
Was in the market looking for a summer jacket, shorts and sandals with a tee won't protect me from my body sliding down the asphalt. The River Road Baron Mesh jacket was the product that caught my interest mainly for its amazing retro stealth look without making you look like a moving billboard for River Road. Was impressed by the protection it has in the elbows, and shoulders. May want to get a stronger back protector though. Quick Pros and Cons
Liner (that is waterproof and for cold weather removable)
Sizing is American Fit
Back Protector Not A* material would change it
the buttons for the removable liner ripped off
Overall a great jacket would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a great summer or warm weather jacket. Looks great, feels great, what's not to love.
Oh and P.S if you're riding a sport bike like me don't be scared it looks great whether your bent over or laid back flipping burgers.

Great jacket for the money
I agonized a lot trying to decide which summer jacket to get. With the prices and features varying so much it was a tough choice. Given my riding style(not all that aggressive and sticking to low-traveled back roads) I decided to go with one on the lower end of the price scale and forgo some features. I have a nice leather jacket for fall and winter so I was really only looking for something to cover late spring and summer duties. After wearing it for a few weeks I'm very happy with my choice. It flows a ton of air, looks great and has adequate but upgradable protection. I've rarely ridden in just a t-shirt but I've done it enough to know that I'm actually cooler with this jacket. Keeping the sun off is the key I think. I would definitely recommend this jacket. On top of all that Revzilla turned around my order in record time. It was sitting on my doorstep less than 24 hours after I ordered. Great service.
