Rinehart Slimline Duals Headers For Harley Touring

Rinehart has made it easy to take the sting out of upgrading your dresser's exhaust! If you underestimated your performance needs, or perhaps didn't want to drop three months of bike payments on a full exhaust, you likely bought a set of slip-on mufflers. Rinehart now makes it easy to upgrade the headpipes, because they are the same size as the factory units, but redesigned to give more power and torque over your stock units.

Features:

  • Available in black or chrome
  • Accepts Rinehart and many popular aftermarket mufflers
  • Increased power and torque over stock pipes
  • H-pipe style crossover
  • Laser cut heat shield
  • Made in the USA

Note: Image depicts a full exhaust system; this product is the headpipes and heatshield only

Great product...don't overlook it...
These headers came quickly and matched up to my previously purchased 4" Rinehart slip ons. Easily installation with noticeable increase in performance and sound. Many have rated these elsewhere without knowledge of the "H" pipe balance pipe stating that the aren't "True Duals." While they may not be entirely "true" they are two equal size pipes one for each cylinder which only have a balance "H" pipe that actually helps increase torque and back pressure. These pipes also allow for equal exhaust from both sides of the bike both flow and sound. Great buy!

Awesome Pipes
I just installed these pipes yesterday on my 2016 Road King. I added these to my previously installed 4" Rinehart slip ons. This is my fifth bike but the first time I've gone with Rinehart. I've always used V&H which have always served me well. I am very impressed with Rinehart. I noticed immediate power gains and incredible sound. They're loud and have a nice deep tone but not to the point where you couldn't hear an audio system. If you want nice power gains and that classic Harley sound these will definitely do the job. And they look fantastic. FYI, I use a V&H Fuelpak 3 with the power duals / round slash map and it works perfect with no issues.

CVO fitment
FYI - I just installed these headers on a 2016 CVO Street Glide and they do fit. I will say removal of the heat shields prior to installing will save have you hours of frustration. The sound is better than I would have expected.

I picked these pipes because, my bike is mostly bolt on performance for now and these pipes will be just the right flow and sound for what I want. I will probably add a set of mild cams later on. I take my bike on trips so I don't want to go to crazy with performance. But at the same time the mods that I do on the Bike (2013 FLHR) I want them to peak together well. There are better flowing pipes for sure but I want the sound that these pipes make!!

I want to order the slimline true duals head pipes for my 2014 FLHX Streetglide. I have 4 " slip on mufflers on stock pipes now. My understanding is the slimline true duals headers will bolt up to these slip on mufflers, is that right?

BEST ANSWER: I installed the headers and reinstalled my 4" rinehart slip-ons without issue.
Will this fit on a 2016 CVO RGU?
Kevin S on Feb 19, 2016
which brand of exsaust header give the best performance for 4" Rinehart slip on muffler?
A C on Aug 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Have a 2016 Roadglide, 103 H/O, HD high flow air cleaner, RHINEHART SLIMLINE DUEL HEADERS and Scremin Eagle Street Cannons . The RHINEHART head pipe went on in about an hour, fit perfect. Had the bike on a dyno (with a Scremin eagle tuner) .significant torque gains. Highly recommend the RHINEHART slime line duel headers. Plus they are a true duel head pipe and you can hang any dealer or aftermarket muffler on them.
Will 18mm o2 sensor work on these pipes ?
A shopper on May 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they have a bunghole adapter to fit both sizes of o2 sensors.
I bought upgraded heat shields for my 2014 FLHTK, would I be able to add them to the Rienhart slim line headers?
A C on Mar 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm not 100% sure if they will fit on the Slim lines or not, But I am sure that you won't need them. After putting the slim lines with the 4" Rinehart slip ons & an s&s stealth cleaner on my 2014 FLHXS it was unbelievable how much cooler everything was. Sometimes I ride with shorts on now. I couldn't do that before.
Do they have the bung holes for the factory o2 sensors ?
Will15Ultra on Aug 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes
Is the catalytic converter remove from the head pipe?
A shopper on Jan 3, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the factory headers have the cat, this gets rid of the cat.
I bought a set of 4" rhinehart slipons from the harley dealer, will they work with the slimline head pipes?
A shopper on Jul 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, that's the reason they made the Rinehart Slimline headers for the slip ons cuz they're the same size pipe as original headers
Is the crossover pipe on the slimline true dual header round or is flattened down like the factory system? Thanks
A shopper on Apr 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Round
Would a 2013 need to be dyno tuned?
A shopper on Jul 6, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I did not and happy. My buddy did the $100 down load from HD and he loves his as well.
