A great add-on for an XR1200! Well I decided to start changing out all my lighting with LED's and get rid of the bulky stock tail light and this fender eliminator did not disappoint! it helps give my tail a slimmer look and relocates the wiring terminal for easy access. The kit also includes quick disconnect ends so swapping your turn signals is pretty easy. Also if you aren't a fan of the clear tail light RG makes a solid red one that you can swap it for. Overall highly recommended for XR1200 owners! June 4, 2015
R&G Racing Fender Eliminator GSX1250FA The quality of this fender eliminator kit is comparable to OEM. For the GSX1250FA/Bandit/GSX650F models this is a full replacement of the underside of the tail. It is a lot of work to install and unless you are extremely mechanically inclined, I would just take it in to a professional to have it done. The end result will be worth the extra few dollars spent. I have tried the alternative brand that is for sale on this site on a GSX650F (my previous bike) and while the other brand is cheaper and easier to install, it looks like an aftermarket modification. This one looks like the bike could have rolled off the factory floor like this. No regrets. Recommended without any reservations. November 2, 2014

A shopper asked: I need a tail tidy / fender eliminator for my 2012 Zero XU - sadly R&G doesn't make one for this bike (not surprising, it is pretty rare). I was hoping they had a 'universal' kit but can't seem to locate one. I need one that includes the rear brake light and spot to mount signals - willing to do a bit of 'customization' to make it fit. Any suggestions for one that would be appropriate? Feb 15, 2015
