R&G Racing Aero Frame Sliders Suzuki Gladius 650 2009-2015 Videos

R&G Racing Aero Frame Sliders Suzuki Gladius SFV650

Improving on R&G's highly successful and popular round frame sliders, the RG Racing Aero Frame Sliders feature an aerodynamic teardrop shape for a more sleek and streamlined appearance. In a market flooded with the same cylindrical frame slider design, the RG Racing Aero Frame Sliders reinvented the wheel.

Constructed of heavy-duty machined steel, aluminum and high-density nylon, RG Racing Aero frame sliders provide maximum protection and the highest-quality fit and finish.

The slider itself is machined from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE was chosen for its high-friction qualities, as the slider wears down it actually helps to slow a sliding bike. The bolts are made of de-embrittled steel which work as shock absorbers, they bend instead of snapping, helping to reduce the chance of damaging the mounting points and thus damaging your motorcycle.

Sold as a pair.

frame sliders
These seem like decent frame sliders. Install as shown in the picture here and as indicated in the instructions requires cutting of the frame cover parts on the Gladius. The instructions on this bit weren't exactly the clearest even with the marking tool thingy I took it to mean more or less good luck getting your hole to line up when you drill it.

That being said I didn't plan on keeping the stock frame cover pieces on the bike so for me that was a non issue.
