REV'IT Vapor H20 Gloves

The REVIT Vapor H20 Gloves offer an optimal balance between protection and comfort. These gloves are waterproof due to the membrane that has been laminated to the outer shell, which effectively resists water and helps keep you comfortable and in control. These gloves guarantee excellent grip and sensitivity, even under the most adverse conditions. The Vapor H20 is engineered so well you won't even notice they are there until they need to do what they are designed for; protect you from impact and against the elements.

Too wet 36 hrs later
I bought this glove to match the Vapor jacket and pants combo, which I love. Commuted home 60 mins in the rain Friday night and I was bone dry from head to toe in the Vapor suit. The gloves felt good. They are attractive, well-made with solid features and are comfortable. My hands did not get wet during the ride.
My problem occurred Sunday during my early morning ride as the dampness remaining in the gloves windchilled my hands on a 55 degree day.
I also find the gauntlet too small to fit over the Vapor sleeve telling me the Vapor gloves don't go with the Vapor jacket.
If you can let your gloves dry for three days between rides, you should be ok, but I think there are better choices out there for the money.

Exemplifies the high end
Rev'it continues to push the level of high end riding gear forward each year and the Vapor gloves are a prime example. This new glove exudes quality from every angle and the feel and function are cutting edge.
An excellent all purpose street glove that can take you from 50F pouring rain to 75F sun. No one motorcycle glove can truly cover every condition that nature can throw at you but this is a great jack of all trades with it's waterproof liner. The bonded in H2O liner allows the Vapor to hug your fingers with none of the slop that other lined gloves have, allowing for precise control. The cuff is well sized to wear over a touring jacket and still compact enough to wear on the inside with minimal bulk for style.
The protection elements are obviously top notch enough to serve duty as an occasional cool weather track day glove.
The fingers are a bit long on me and don't have much extra room around for my heated liners so for colder days I would choose something roomier but for the majority of weather that most people ride, the Rev'it Vapor can cover it and would be an excellent, go to glove to take on a multi day trip.
Expensive but excellent. Pride of ownership for any gear geek.

Rev'IT is My New Glove Standard
The Vapor H20 is the perfect waterproof mild weather glove. I've used them in the rain at 65 degrees and in the cold at 45 degrees. Just perfect. The fit is much better than my KLIM's and the new styling of both the H20 and Dirt 2 look good with my Pikes Peak Multistrada. Rev'IT are more "go to gloves."

On Closeout? That's really unfortunate!
I feel guilty for not writing in sooner to give these gloves a glowing review as they're now on closeout after two seasons. They're an awesome glove on so many levels at $179, but on closeout for $129 they're an absolute steal!

I purchased the entire Vapor suit two seasons ago when they first came out and I couldn't be happier. The fit, comfort level, and performance offered at this price point was exactly what I was looking for. The gloves perform as described from Anthony and function great between 45-75 degrees. I've worn these on my K1300GT and my R1200GS both with heated grips, which I wouldn't go without on a bike nowadays, but they will never heat your hands and fingers consistently. The GT has more wind protection offering lower temperature ranges, whereas on the GS the gloves can get a little cold below 55. The opposite would be true in the warmer temps. Hydratex does not perform like GoreTex, but neither is it as expensive. Determine your exposure to the rain and purchase accordingly considering all factors. You can purchase Gore gloves at this pricepoint, but few, if any, offer this level of overall performance and style.

Love these gloves
I wanted to try these gloves out for a month before reviewing them. Fit is great for my hands. The build quality is great for the price. I live in Portland Oregon so I have been able to test farly bad weather this winter and coming into spring. As far as water proof, 100% for this rider. I am a very picky person when It comes to gear and I have been through about 5 gloves trying to find these ones. Not too bulky and not too thin for those 35° days riding into work. For longer then 30 minutes heated grips is a must on no faird bikes like mine. Over all I'm very happy with this purchase.

If you expect dry hands then this isn't the glove
I just posted on my Rev'It 100% Waterproof suit - not. And these Rev'It gloves were worse than the suit. While the suit managed pretty well given the storm I was in and I would recommend it - I would not say the same for these gloves. Mind you I have large custom hand guards on my bike blocking most of the rain at speed. Yes, the storm was bad and it was 2.5hrs. My TCX boots claim 100% waterproof and my feet were BONE dry. My hands were absolutely soaked. Never cold or uncomfortable but it was 86 degrees... I just can't stand wet hands and can't believe how poorly these gloves kept the wet out. Maybe Rev'It needs to hire some more technical folks in the waterproof department OR get out of the waterproof business and or claims. Beginning to get a negative halo on customer satisfaction all from poor wet construction and false wet claims.

H2O?
I have the Summit H2O gloves with Hydratex. From what I experienced, H2O is a myth in these gloves. My hands were soaked an hour into main rainy ride. It took them 2 days to dry out. I had the gauntlet cinched down over my jacket and even have Bark Buster hand guards on my BMW GS. They are far from waterproof. Revzilla sent me a return label and are going to review my claim to determine how to move forward. My suggestion is stay with Goretex.

Tommy H on Jan 10, 2015
it's nearly impossible to find a non perforated sportbike style glove. I'm looking for a weather tight glove for that temperature range from the low 50's to low 60's. Water proof capability is an extra bonus.
