REV'IT Triton Rain Jacket

For great water-repellant properties during races, the TRITON rain jacket is the choice of professional riders. Worn by MotoGP rider Randy de Puniet during the 2009 MotoGP season, the TRITON shields the seams and perforations of your leathers to prevent them from getting soaked. The transparent design leaves your racing leathers visible, while the snug but flexible fit preserves your freedom of movement so you can perform at your best.

  • Outer shell: 4-way stretch, Lexane

  • Fit: race fit, tight
  • Adjustability: adjustment straps, adjustment tabs
  • Features: crotch straps

The product is good but doesnt worth its price Be careful to read specs. The jaceket is tight because is for racing suit. Be sure to buy an extra size of yours so you can use it over your racing suit, otherwise it wont fit. Material is delicate, so treat ir carefully becasue you can damage the collar December 16, 2013
Blocks rain, durability is questionable I bought this jacket specifically for use at track days. I chose a large, to use with my older XTI leathers. These leathers are size euro 42 with a normal sized 'speed' hump. The jacket fits over them snugly. So far I've only used the jacket a few times, I've been fortunate to avoid too many rainy track weekends. That said, the collar stitching had already come apart and I had to sew it back. Thus my reason for a couple of just 'average' ratings. Putting the jacket on is tricky by yourself, and it helps if you have someone around to give you a hand getting it fitted in back. There is some adjustment at the collar and the crotch straps, nothing at the sleeve ends. Once out on the track, the jacket is just there blocking rain. No distracting flapping of parts/pieces. There is no airflow, so in the summer here in the deep south you must decide if you want to get wet from rain, or sweat. If you're a 'careful' rider with respect to how you handle your gear, and want to block rain w/o distraction while engaging in very technical riding, you might look at this jacket. If you're one who just wants your gear to perform no matter how you toss it on, or around, this jacket may not be durable enough for you. Durable being defined for general use, not crashing. So I recommend the jacket, but I don't recommend the jacket, if that makes sense. January 19, 2013
