Great Multi-season Jacket
Overall, I am extremely happy with this jacket. It is well tailored for a woman's body, which I love. The airflow is great and the waterproof lining has already come in handy with the rain. My only suggestion would be to add a zippered pocket on the outer shell, not just the lining.

took me thru heat, chill, wet, highway and off-road in comfort&style.
bought this prior to a 3 week adventure tour to Utah(from Texas) on our GS with my husband and to add a different jacket to my already existing all mesh and all leather wardrobes. Know that I ride pillion-and have done so for thousands of miles--as you read this review. At 5'7" and 135#, I tried the size 40 and 38 and was pleased with the 38. sleeves are nice and long. the chest is a little big/baggy, but not too bad.I could feel ventilation in the heat of 90-100+, altho I did not like the feel of the comfy collar in those temps--was looking for a handy snap thing to keep it open. not there on this jacket. in the cooler to cold temps/rain as cool as the upper 40's I kept warm with a heated waterproof jacket liner. I always carry heated gear--it works! I used this rather than the Levante jacket liner because(beside the fact that I'm already carrying a waterproof heated liner and pack space is limited)the jacket liner is quite bulky and its waterproof and thermal liners are in one piece. I do wish it came with separate water & thermal liners. as far as using the back pocket for liners--not enough room. I used it to carry an extra light shirt or socks or journal or postcards, etc. I liked the outer waterproof side pockets. I could get my sunglasses and phone in one and usually the camera and sanitizer in the other.my cell phone remained dry and in the pocket. I did not like that the pocket liner came out each time with the item I was pulling thereby needing me to stuff it back in place before replacing item into pocket. the inner chest pocket is nice and roomie. altho things stayed put,I wish it were a zipper and not a small velcro piece closure. I like the ability to cinch in the waist. It's a bit heavy, but comfortable on. back protector needs an upgrade, but I think Rev'zilla may tell you that. yes the light color gets dirty, but that's a hallmark of adventure! right?:)

A great looking touring jacket for women that has quality construction, and seasonal versatiliy.
I ride late spring through early fall in New England, and I was looking for some versatility in a touring cut jacket. My Revit Women's Levante jacket arrived just before a week long road trip, and it exceeded my expectations. I selected the silver color for hot days, and to increase being seen on the road. This jacket has quality zippers for installation and removal of the liner; they are heavy duty, and the snaps for the sleeves work easily. The liner was perfect for cooler temperatures. The water resistance of the liner kept me dry during 1.5hrs of riding in heavy rain. I can't say enough about how nice the mesh panels work for airflow when it's hot. All of the various adjustment features are well made on the arms, sides and particularly the collar. For touring, there are plenty of pockets for those items you want to readily access. The sizing of the Levante jacket was perfect for me, and it's a great looking jacket.

Just what you need for three seasons and four if you ride in the winter.
All in all this jacket was just what my wife needed. She had anither jacket in mind but that was $100 more. This one though was worth every penny. In hot days she says she doesn't feel hot when wearing it and on cold days the liner does what it claims.

The ONLY bad this is, REV'IT says the back pouch is the carrier for the liner on sunner day trips or whatever the case may be. We are both convinced that you need a vacuum bag to get the liner small enough to fit in the pocket. I woukd definitely reccomend this jacket to all women riders. And yes even you Harley snobs. Sorry it doesn't say Harley Davidson. ( a harley snob will probabky never see this though because they only by gear from Harley.

I have had this jacket for a few weeks now and have worn it through heat and downpour and it has excelled in both conditions. I believe this will be a great 3-season jacket. The only downside is that the waterproof liner is also insulated, so in a warm summer rain, you're going to be sweaty. However, it did do a remarkable job keeping me dry and it doesn't absorb water as one might expect an insulated layer to do.

The fit is very nice/attractive, which is unusual for a riding jacket.

The "back protector" it comes with must be replaced by the SeeSoft protector, which works well and doesn't add bulk.

I also added the reflective vest (sized down 1 size) to the jacket, since it is black.

This product is great for all weather conditions
I bought this jacket for a cross country trip I have been on for the last 3 months, and it has worked out really great. The jacket has been suitable for temperatures ranging from chilly high mountain air to scorching desert head, and has good ventilation as well. I am 5'9'' and have long arms and the fit is pretty good. I've ridden 7,000 miles with it so far and feel naked when I ride without it!

Love it - cut is a bit more generous than the Outback 2
This is one of the few women's coats from this maker that will accommodate someone who is bustier than most. I wanted the Outback 2, but to get a size that would fit my chest, I needed a 40, but by then, the sleeves were too long and the elbow pads too low. The Levante is just a wee bit more generous across the chest so I take a 38 in it, which fits perfectly. I'm 5'3" tall, 110 pounds, but I"m a 32 DD. This coat fits across my chest without binding at the armpits or feeling a pulling sensation when I'm sitting on the bike. It's missing a few features that I liked about the Outback 2, but the waterproof liner is excellent and you can easily wear this in 40 degree weather with no extra layers to keep you warm. It also does excellent job keeping wind leakage to a minimum around the zippers. In the end, very happy with the purchase and the help I got from the gear gurus who suggested it instead.

Wonderful Jacket!
Purchased this jacket for my wife who is an occasional passenger. The mesh let's the jacket breathe, and the liner has the water protection we were looking for. The fit was perfect with small adjustments. Overall she found it comfortable and not too heavy.

Hi! I already have a mesh jacket (for summer) and am looking for one more for touring and cold climate riding. I'm looking at the Rev'it Sand and then I started reading about the Levante which seems to also cater for cold climate riding (mountains and all). Will someone be able to advise on the difference and what I should be getting?
A shopper on Oct 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Also the Sand has the separate removable thermal AND waterproof liners (2 liners) so it gives you even more ability to cater your jacket to the climate. If you're interested in cold-weather performance and you can swing the price, I recommend choosing the Sand. Cheers.
Does this jacket have the option of a zip-in pant?
A shopper on Aug 26, 2013
BEST ANSWER: It would have been a plus to complete a summer touring suit if Rev'it had made specific pants to go with the Levante jacket, however, the Rev'it tornado pants will zip together with the Levante jacket. The mesh on the tornado pants is a little bit larger than mesh on the jacket, but for me this turned out to be a minor detail as the silver color of the pants and its styling still go very well with the jacket to make an excellent hot weather riding suit for long trips in the summer. I found that the large sturdy zipper that connects each of the two garments very easy to operate.
the Levante Jacket ( women and mens) , are prepared to be used with the Hi Viz connector Vest?
A S on Jun 27, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Bi A S. I bougbt this ja ket for my wife. She likes the fit and comfort. It also looks nice on her. Sorry but I am not familiar with the hi viz connector vest.
I have 2 questions... firstly is this jacket 100% waterproof, even in torrential rain? I'm finding most jackets say they are but they aren't and I ride everyday in all weather so need the 100% waterproof.
Second questions - does this jacket have decent length in the body? I'm finding all ladies jackets have no lenght. Manufacturers seem to think lady riders have squat bodies? The waistband ends up on my ribs when in the riding position, which is most uncomfortable.
A shopper on Sep 23, 2013
BEST ANSWER: My actual experience in rain was about 1.5 hrs of heavy downpours to steady heavy rain from thunderstorms. The hydratex g-liner kept my torso dry; all my other gear soaked through. The tag on the jacket indicates that there is a waterproof coating on the inner lining and taped seams. It did the trick for me for the amount of time I indicated. I haven't been on the road all day in stormy conditions though.
I didn't notice the waist band to be a bother to me. It has plenty of adjustment. I'm about 5' 5.5" tall & the waist band goes around my waist at my navel. I'm going to guess you might be tall? I know I'm bothered by ladies garments that get wider instead of longer. I measured the length of the back of my jacket (which is a size 44) from the lower seam of the collar at the shoulder to the bottom edge of the jacket, and it measures 27 & 3/4"
I hope I answered your question, and that it helped.
Hello! Which pants can be bought with the Levante jacket?
Juan O on Sep 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The new Airwave 2 pants match the Lavante perfectly.
