Renthal Single Compound Grips

Available in three rubber compounds to fit your riding needs.

The Firm compound grip has the same feel as a stock grip. Strong and abrasion resistant.

The Soft compound grip is extremely soft which gives you a very comfortable ride and less blisters.

The Medium compound grip is a compromise between the two.

Good grip
Put the firm grips on my sv650s. They ended up being open ended grips which is great. The street version should be open ended. Someone reviewed they got closed end grips and had to cut the ends off. Not me though. The closed end should be for mx bikes. I used the hairspray method for installation instead of grip glue and it worked great.

World's Greatest Grips
I've used this grip on all my road bikes since it came out many years ago. All the compounds work well and provide great grip even when wet.

05 ZX10R grips
Put these on to replace my stock grips. New grips are way smaller and give a better feel. They look much better than the stock grips too.

Best grip for track riding/racing
Love these grips, they really allow you to feel what is going on with that bike on the track when I'm racing! That being said, I would never put these on my streetbike, they just aren't made for comfort at all and tend to wear down pretty fast.

If you have a sportbike and want performance grips these are the way to go!

Good Quality
Overall good quality. I haven't put a lot of miles on them yet, but you can tell they'll last a while. Generally the harder compounds lack grip/tackiness, but these are surprisingly grippy yet firm. These are now my go to grips.

product is a long lasting grip
I had the soft and wore those out in less then a year so I decided it was time to try another compound. I looked at the medium but being that I rode most of the year decided to go with the hard compound. Its lasted well so far very minimal wear.

Tacky good
I got the soft. They are very tacky in a good way. I wish they were black.

Nice, quality grips
These grips are nice. There really isn't too much to say, other than they are exactly as described. Thin, single compound. They don't absorb as much vibration as some - but that is a given.

I have used these (hard compound) grips before and they last a long time! I would still be on my first set but I cut the end portion off and it didn't feel as good. Overall, the grips' feel is very good too, but they are not meant for comfort (hard). The medium and soft compounds are for everyday riders.

Ahh good ol' Renthals. Needed them for my new race bike & they've never let me down!

The pair of grips on my bike (09 Ninja 250r) is currently getting worn out, so I decided it was time to look for a new set. The last pair was excellent; I just wanted to try a different brand, as my current set is the ODI Ruffians.

These look like nice grips and I need some new grips. Lemmy's how to for changing grips made me think I can probably give it a go with some success.

Waffle or half-waffle give me blisters after a full days riding, soft compound because its..soft? Could have easily gone with medium or hard but giving a softer grip a shot.

Are these grips close ended like in the picture or open ended? A review mentioned they got it open ended but someone else also got their close ended like in the picture, Thanks for your help.

BEST ANSWER: I've got road race full diamond soft compounds - box says #G147. Am advised to use grip glue to fix them. They are OPEN ENDED - I did not use them as intended but put them over the top of the stock BMW heated grips; no glue necessary. They have made the stock set up much better for my large hands. They are wearing like iron too.
How long are these grips?
Carter T on Apr 3, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Clutch side is 4 3/4" and throttle side is 4 9/16"
Are these grips 7/8" or 1"? Looking for some 7/8"
A shopper on Oct 25, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The pair that I bought (soft) were standard size 7/8".
Are these grips sold in pairs?
Tony on Aug 12, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes, these do come in pairs.
