Awesome kit, tad expensive Installs easy. I did have to cut one of three strut mounts on my left luggage rack, but I can form a new piece and reweld if I desire to. Saves around 10 lbs when you consider you get to lose the useless right side exhaust can. Sound is a million times better than stock sewing machine noise. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but, it is titanium which certainly adds cost over say a stainless slip on. Perhaps a very minor performance gain, but, honestly, mainly purchased due to Remus reputation and sound improvement March 18, 2015
Superior Craftmanship - fit and finish - Best of all - Incredible Sound!! Arrived complete with all parts. Excellent fit and finish. Easy installation. Hardest part may be removing old exhaust system depending on age of the bike - Mine is a 2012 and it came off rather easily. The only critique I have is the instructions were rather terse. No illustrations, only about 5 or six basic steps. I can't judge the other aftermarket systems ( and there are only a few for this bike) but I wouldn't waste my time researching any other system. RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Jed R: Remus is the only manufacture with a known reputation that offers a performance silencer for the BMW G650GS. Aug 22, 2014
David W asked: Everything I have seen on this product is that it'll fit the G650GS Sertao bike. I have a 2012 G650GS, but NOT the Sertao model. Will it fit this bike too? If so, will it also fit with the BMW-branded side cases I also have installed? Thanks! Aug 20, 2014

Patrick R: It will definitely fit your model bike. However, I do not have side bags and don't plan on installing them so It wasn't a concern for me. I did research this product quite a bit though and nowhere did I see that it would not fit if side cases are installed. I looked at the mountings on my bike where the side case frames would mount and they are accessible. Hope this helps. Aug 21, 2014

David W: I ended up ordering this and hoping for the best. It does fit with the side cases, but needed a little bit of creativity to get it to work. Another question though. How does the noise insert get installed? There's no instructions included, and I can't find anything online when searching. Thanks! Aug 26, 2014

A shopper asked: I am thinking of ordering a Remus RoxX slipon exhaust for my BMW G 650 GS when they are back in stock. It looks like I'll need a short section of connecting pipe and connector springs. Does that come with the muffler?

Andres N asked: Hi, I was wondering if Remus also makes headers to go with this muffler, I want to make the bike as light as possible and wanted to know if anybody changed the headers? Thanks Jun 22, 2015
