RAM Mounts Stem Base With 1" Ball

The RAM-B-342 fork stem mount is one of the cleanest ways to mount small electronics on your motorcycle. Simply slide the assembly into the hole of the stem and tighten the machine screw to create a tight fit. This part is designed to fit into the cylindrical bore wall of fork stems and will work with stems that measure from 12 -20mm and 28mm or 0.5” – 1.10” at the following intervals:

Best solution for gadget mounts This is probably the best solution for any sort of phone/gps mount, it isn't just my opinion, it's the opinions of most of the forums I visit also. Simple to use, simple to install and RAM quality. I've lowsided with my phone rigged up on a RAM Finger Grip and it stayed put, did not budge. The only con to this style of installation is that temp changes will loosen the base a bit. Simple fix is to just simply turn it a few more times or use a longer bolt/nut through the yolk and clamping it down. April 5, 2013
