Looks Awesome!!!
This is the perfect windscreen for my Honda. CTX700N. It enhances the looks of the bike and functions very well. For this application, you do need the extra adapter kit (sold separately). Over-All better than I expected.

First off, I’m only 5’6”, so this review may not help those who are taller than this windscreen can accommodate.

Because the bike turned into my commuter, I needed something to keep the wind off of my chest, and this windscreen was the mama bear windscreen that wasn’t so big that it looked like a cruiser screen, yet larger than the fly screens that may not have helped much.

The install wasn't too bad, but it took me about 5 trips to/from work to adjust the windscreen so that there was no buffeting and minimal wind hitting my helmet.

At this time, I’m completely happy with it and would recommend it to someone who wants a screen large enough to direct the air up and over your helmet. (If you’re vertically challenged.)

Good windscreen
I instaled my Puig windscreen on Honda CTX 700N ( naked model) . I looks good on it. Easy to instal. But if you are more than a 6 feet toll this will be to low for you. You will have buffering. For the money this is a great buy.

Ducati Scrambler
I recently rode my Ducati Scrambler 1100 miles through the Adirondacks Mts then into Vermont south through Massachussets, on three ferries and out to Montauk. At 85 MPH plus miles and hours the screen worked better than I expected.
Excellent construction, easy to install and looks great; well the bike looks better without it, but it was a welcome addition.

Superior product.
I have purchased several windshields over my 40 years of biking on conventional bikes. This unit is by far the best product. Easy to install, not too large and not too small, and the quality and design are superior, especially the mounting hardware. It looks factory made once installed.Well worth the price too.

High quality product
2015 Ducati monster 1200s ,installed by myself, took about half an hour ,a bit tricky by myself but managable. It looks great on my bike. Moves wind from chest to head, more comfortable ride but much louder. The wind noise increased considerably in my helmet,it may not be a problem with a higher quality helmet.
Overall I'm very pleased with the fit and function of the puig screen.

Get past the install and you're set
This product couldn't come with fewer instructions, but you really just have to take it apart and figure out how it'll best fit your handlebars. Once attached, it's definitely secure, even at highway speed it's sturdy. Definitely a good purchase and would recommend.

Good value in a generic windscreen!
I purchased this item for my 2009 Aprilia Mana naked for an upcoming 1 week PCH ride. I have a Puig fly screen which I really like, but needed more wind protection, I was happy with Puig quality.

Installation instructions are pretty basic, as would expect with a product sold worldwide. I had to go to the local hardware store to get longer bolts for the handlebar brackets, but maybe just due to where I positioned it.

It took a LOT of fettling to get the screen where it worked best, Had to put it up fairly high, but seems to be secure. Have had out on a couple longer rides and so far, so good. I still get some helmet buffeting at 65 plus, but at typical PCH speeds of 50 ish some airflow through the helmet is a good thing.
Overall happy, quality is good, should ship with longer bolts for handlebar I think,

Moves wind from chest to mid helmet
Works well. Going to see if a modular attachmetn will move the rest of the wind above my helmet. Had to make some aluminum shims to have it grip my 7/8" bars but that was easy. All in all I am happy with it and it does what it says it will

A good, sturdy screen
I installed this screen on my CB500F in about 45 minutes. Good: most of the hardware came preassembled. Bad: still had to disassemble most of it.

The screen does a great job of moving wind blast off my chest and up over my helmet. The ride is way smoother and quieter now (yeah, I know, why did I buy a naked in the first place if that was a factor). It does take a lot of tweaking and fiddling, gradually tightening the four 13mm nuts and eight 5mm clamp screws a little at a time. But once everything is dialed in, you're pretty much set. It's very solid and doesn't flutter at high speeds, and it looks decent. Definitely keeping it on the bike until the aftermarket catches up with a model-specific option.

Affective and adjustable. After letting some air come in from the bottom, all buffeting disappeared. Now I have a nice flow of air with no blast.

How difficult is it to install the Puig Universal Touring Windscreen? Will I be able to do it myself, or will I need to take it to the dealer? I have a 2014 CTX700N.
A shopper on Sep 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I installed this on my BMW S1000r without any difficulty. I had to invert the way the connecting arms were situated, but the installation process was simple enough for me. Took about 30 minutes of fiddling to get it just right. Hope this helps - Caleb.
Hi, does this windscreen come with handlebar mounting brackets in the box, or do those have to be ordered separately? (I have a 2014 Honda CB500F - have any 500 owners tried this windscreen?)
Nathaniel L on Jan 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This windsheild comes with everything you need to install on your handle bars. I bought this for a Honda CB500F and the fit was really good and the result was excellent - looks great and nice wind protection.
