Puig Touring Windscreen BMW F650GS 2004-2007 / G650GS 2010
Much better wind protection than stock
I have quite a few highway miles on my commute, and the stock screen wasn't doing it for me. This one has much better wind protection which made it much more comfortable for longer freeway rides.
I have the dark smoke color which I really like the look of. You can see through it slightly if you need to, but unless I'm really tucked in and laying on the tank, in my normal riding position I'm not looking through it anyway.
My only minor con would be that when installing it the holes were only like 99% lined up; I had to press on it a little to get the last couple screws in but no biggie.

Comfortable at highway speeds
Huge difference in how the bike feels at highway speeds. Don't feel like I'm holding on for dear life at speeds above 60.

Terrible mounting hardware. DANGEROUS!
This is the first and only product I will be ordering from Revzilla. The mounting hardware DOES NOT secure the windshield to the base. I installed the windshield per the instructions. Took it for a test drive and the windshield came undone at 50mph. I nearly had an accident. The grommets and mounting hardware are junk. Unfortunately Revzilla does not back their product. Per their return policy, I can not return the product. I plan on fighting this because this is a defective product test drive or no test drive. Revzilla is either going to send me some mounting hardware that works or I will be protesting the sale and purchase through my credit card company.

Puig Touring Windscreen On A 2013 Yamaha FZ6R
Read all the reviews and online RevZilla vidoes. They indicated that the tour shield works best for 6 foot person. I was looking for a shield to keep wind off my chest at high speeds. Above 70. Im 5.3. Wind hit me right in the face causing alot and unberable wind noice in my helmet. Wanted to send back but return policy indicates that sheild cant be used for a return. Sheild looks great but still have to tuck to eliminate wind hitting helmet. I had to do that with stock shield. Go figure. I drive a 2013 FZ6R. So I sit in an upright position. I thought this would keep me from tucking down in higher speeds. May work on a lower profile bike. Also shield is a bit thin. Speeds under 60 and shield holds it shape but anything above that you will see it start to bend from side to side. Did fix issue with removing wind off my chect though. Also if you live in Texas plan on getting your stuff in 10 days or pay the extra for shipping. Not bad for a instock item and next day shipping.

Functional & Stylish
Works great to remove buffeting I had with both OEM shields (original and high). Not too tall to inhibit sight. Smoke color looks great, not too dark or too light. Installation is simple. Also very easy to adjust the shield angle. Finally, it fits the form of the bike and looks better than other shields.

install super easy, still testing as to wind. likly will be better then stock short screen. Depending on ones height will determine how the wind hits you. if you are shorter this will be great if you are taller i think it may cause some buffeting , however for the price it will be an upgrade for me over the stock .

this shield does its job
I've been riding behind a full faring for several years... so when i bought my new Honda NC 700X...the first ride reacquainted me with wind issues I had forgotten.
The Puig touring wind screen is a huge improvement over the original wind screen. It is taller by about 5 inches, has a slight flip on the top, and deflectes the wind nicely over my helmet. I'm 5'10" tall and it works just right.
I chose the dark shade, and was surprised by its darkness, but it looks nice with my black bike There isnt any problem with looking through the shield, as it much lower than the line of sight.
Instllation was a snap, fit and finnish excellent, and shipment was really fast...

Looks good but directs too much wind in the wrong places.
This windshield directs a lot of wind directly at your helmet depending on you height. At 5'6" on my F650GS it produced a lot of wind noise in my helmet. There is no way to adjust its angle. I guess if you're in a racing crotch, it would pass over your head, but I do a lot of off-road riding with no need to crotch down.
The shield looks great on the bike and you may have a different experience based on your height. For me I'm looking or something a little more upright.
