Pit Bull Standard Rear Stand

The Pit bull Standard Rear Stand lifts non-spool equipped bikes by supporting the swingarm with rubber pads. It is width adjustable to fit virtually all sport bikes. Same as Spooled, SS, GP, and 999 Rear Stands except for interchangeable top supports. Sold complete with top supports.

Available in three handle types: Non-Removable, Removable, and Extended Removable.

Removable Handle Stands allow you to use up less storage space and create less of a trip hazard in front (or rear) of your motorcycle.

Both removable handle and non-removable handle measures 12" inches.

Extended handle measures 15" inches.

NOTE: If bike accommodates spools, it is highly recommended that a spool-compatible stand be used.

Very solid stand I had a cheap stand that went missing so I went for the best and I was not disappointed. My Buell can't have spools mounted and the friction pads on this stand had me a little worried because the swingarm doesn't sit level even once it's up in the air. The stand was rock solid without a hint of slip, even when I hit the frozen rear axle with an impact wrench. The extended handle made it really easy to get the bike up on the stand, much easier than other stands I've used, but I still needed a second person to stabilize the bike while putting it up or taking it down. Solid and simple I've got a Z1000 and a Ninja 650 I've used this rear stand on, and it fits both of them solidly at their respective widths. The adjustable pegs have the simplest operation and construction I could imagine, and I haven't had trouble using the stand alone (though having a friend stand the bike up for you definitely gives peace of mind). Easy, fast and stable. The Pit Bull works very well for me. After easily adjusting the Pit Bull for my F800, I can now back the bike into the garage and put Pit Bull in place in just seconds. The bike is held very solid and then I can do chain or other maint very efficiently and quick. I love the handle, how much leverage it provides and then stows nicely too. The Pit Bull is easy to adjust from bike to another bike. February 26, 2015
It's a Pit Bull Product...enough said! I had a Pit Bull rear stand for years and I let a friend use it for a track day, it never came home. I thought I could get by with an inexpensive stand I found on Amazon until I noticed it was starting to bow under the weight of the bike. I went back to what I know works. There isn't a better stand on the market. December 8, 2014
Extra long handle extra easy Works like a champ for winter storage of my BMW F650GS. I got the Pit Bull with the extra long removable handle. The extra leverage made getting the bike up on the stand a snap and the removable handle is a real space saver in my small storage shed. November 17, 2014
Easy To Use Easy to use stand for bikes that don't/can't have spools. Slides around some if your bike moves at all so make sure you have it adjusted well. I'm 6 foot 175 pounds and have little problem using it on my own for my 420 pound bike. October 12, 2014
Simple and sturdy I bought this one because my bike cannot have pegs unless I get them welded on. This works great. Just adjust the pegs on stand and there ya go. Makes working on my bike easy. April 28, 2014
Very Good Rear Tire Stand This is a well designed, high quality, rear tire stand. It seems very solid and comes with a lifetime guarantee. The directions do indicate that one person can use this device to lift their bike. I am 5"10 and 160 lbs and I don't see how I could have done it by myself. Wasn't worth the risk. I asked my wife to help. My bike weights about 470 lbs. and it was easy to lift and was very stable on the lift. I used it for chain maintenance. If you're willing to spend the $ it's a high quality device. October 14, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
A T: Works Great - removal handle - so left in place no tripping item sticking out. Excellent buy for my bike a CB500F Sep 21, 2015
Michael E: Recommended to me by my mechanic. Jun 19, 2015
Brian A: Highly recommended by others, works great. Apr 1, 2015
L L: My bike has no place to attach spools and i wanted something to hold the bike up while cleaning the chain. Pit bull stands come highly recomended and I dont want my bike to fall over. Dec 14, 2014
CHRIS P: This is the best stand I could find in the US for my sons Ducati. Unfortunately there is a German stand that is better since it acts as a dolly as well for the same price. Fortunately for you they do not ship to the USA. You should talk to BS-Motoparts and become their US distributor. If you don't then I will. Nov 24, 2014
Craig C: I need to prop up the rear wheel to clean and lube the chain on my cb500f. Oct 30, 2014
Robert M: Recommendation of the mechanic at the dealer from which I bought my Kawa. I looked at several. The offering from Harbor Freight looked CHEAP and poorly made. Also, this is my third purchase from Revzilla. I'm completely satisfied with prior purchases and like the terminator said, "I'll be back." Many thanks.

Alexander S: Solid reviews, and a stand is necessary to work on a bike. I bought the extended removable handle for a few reasons, a) longer leverage = less force for me to lift the bike, b) removable = I can pull the lever out and minimize trip hazards, c) removable = if I ever get a very heavy bike, I can just use some other extension rod to get more leverage from the stand. A shopper asked: Hi: I have a 2014 Triumph Bonneville with an Arrow 2 into 1 exhaust
I am interested in both front and rear pitbull stands
1. Do I need to go with the bonneville specific rear stand or can I go with this one? The arrow system kicks up a bit vompared to the stock system, and it looks like about 1.5" between the resonator and the axle nut

2. With the hybrid pit bull front fork stand work on this bike?

Thank you

Mark B: David, I use my PitBull stand on a BMW F700GS. it fits perfectly. my swing arm measures 13inches from the most outer edge from were i stand the bike. the stand still has more adjustment room as to accommodate wider bikes. Oct 22, 2013
