Easy To Use
Easy to use stand for bikes that don't/can't have spools. Slides around some if your bike moves at all so make sure you have it adjusted well. I'm 6 foot 175 pounds and have little problem using it on my own for my 420 pound bike.

Rock solid.
When this stand showed up I was surprised by the diameter of the tubes and the quality of the welding. This thing is rock solid and the gold anodization looks great. Lifts my 95 Ducati Supersport 900 like it's barely there. Does not get in the way of the tie rod for the rear brake.

Extra long handle extra easy
Works like a champ for winter storage of my BMW F650GS. I got the Pit Bull with the extra long removable handle. The extra leverage made getting the bike up on the stand a snap and the removable handle is a real space saver in my small storage shed.

Easy, fast and stable.
The Pit Bull works very well for me. After easily adjusting the Pit Bull for my F800, I can now back the bike into the garage and put Pit Bull in place in just seconds. The bike is held very solid and then I can do chain or other maint very efficiently and quick. I love the handle, how much leverage it provides and then stows nicely too. The Pit Bull is easy to adjust from bike to another bike.

It's a Pit Bull Product...enough said!
I had a Pit Bull rear stand for years and I let a friend use it for a track day, it never came home. I thought I could get by with an inexpensive stand I found on Amazon until I noticed it was starting to bow under the weight of the bike. I went back to what I know works. There isn't a better stand on the market.

Solid and simple
I've got a Z1000 and a Ninja 650 I've used this rear stand on, and it fits both of them solidly at their respective widths. The adjustable pegs have the simplest operation and construction I could imagine, and I haven't had trouble using the stand alone (though having a friend stand the bike up for you definitely gives peace of mind).

High quality
Works as it should and feels VERY solid when the bike is on the stand. Expensive? Yes, but worth the high build quality and solid feel when using it.

Very solid stand
I had a cheap stand that went missing so I went for the best and I was not disappointed. My Buell can't have spools mounted and the friction pads on this stand had me a little worried because the swingarm doesn't sit level even once it's up in the air. The stand was rock solid without a hint of slip, even when I hit the frozen rear axle with an impact wrench. The extended handle made it really easy to get the bike up on the stand, much easier than other stands I've used, but I still needed a second person to stabilize the bike while putting it up or taking it down.

The removable handle works great for my pops, wanted something he couldn't trip on and so far so good.

This item was recommended by many reviewers on other sites. It is supposed to be strong, tough and handle years of use. I'm sure that it will.

Go to any Moto GP or WSBK race, these are pretty much the only stands you see - widely regarded as the best stand you can buy and for good reason. Rock solid construction and an excellent heritage.

The CB 919 did not come with a center stand. Didnt want to that center stand, just didn't look right. These are easier for maintenence and winter storage.

Pit Bull quality is well known. While not the most economical choice, I did not want to trust my bike to a shoddy stand. This purchase was close to a no-brainer for me.

My bike has no place to attach spools and i wanted something to hold the bike up while cleaning the chain. Pit bull stands come highly recomended and I dont want my bike to fall over.

This is the best stand I could find in the US for my sons Ducati. Unfortunately there is a German stand that is better since it acts as a dolly as well for the same price. Fortunately for you they do not ship to the USA. You should talk to BS-Motoparts and become their US distributor. If you don't then I will.

Recommendation of the mechanic at the dealer from which I bought my Kawa. I looked at several. The offering from Harbor Freight looked CHEAP and poorly made. Also, this is my third purchase from Revzilla. I'm completely satisfied with prior purchases and like the terminator said, "I'll be back." Many thanks.

Solid reviews, and a stand is necessary to work on a bike. I bought the extended removable handle for a few reasons, a) longer leverage = less force for me to lift the bike, b) removable = I can pull the lever out and minimize trip hazards, c) removable = if I ever get a very heavy bike, I can just use some other extension rod to get more leverage from the stand. I have a 2015 zx6r 636, which option stand should I select?
A shopper on Nov 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I bought the standard stand for my 2004 cbr f4i. I now own a 2014 zx10r. The standard stand works on both. You can actually take the stand pugs ,that lift the bike up, off. I flipped them upside down and was still able to adjust the width between them. When the were on normal. It put my rear tire almost a foot off the ground. Now it keeps the tire about 2-3 inches. In short. The standard bike stand can hold so many different bikes. Just make sure you put the pegs that touch your swing arm behind(to the rear of the bike) your spool mounting points and you will never have a problem with this stand.
I have Harley 2000 soft tail what stand do I need? thanks. Jim. here
A shopper on May 18, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I personally would go with the Pit Bull Standard Rear Stand. It should be universal to any bike. But I would call Revzilla to make sure it would work. I tried other stands for my sport bike and they wobble. The Pit Bull stand is solid. I would not skimp out on price, especially if you have a Harley.
will this fit my 2005 rsv1000?

I have a pit bull stand for a 08 r6, can I make it work for my 2010 vmax?
A C on Mar 24, 2016
Hi: I have a 2014 Triumph Bonneville with an Arrow 2 into 1 exhaust
I am interested in both front and rear pitbull stands
1. Do I need to go with the bonneville specific rear stand or can I go with this one? The arrow system kicks up a bit vompared to the stock system, and it looks like about 1.5" between the resonator and the axle nut

2. With the hybrid pit bull front fork stand work on this bike?

Thank you
Scott

Will the pit bull standard lift a bike where the swing arms measure 12.0" outside to outside?
DAVID M on Oct 21, 2013
BEST ANSWER: David, I use my PitBull stand on a BMW F700GS. it fits perfectly. my swing arm measures 13inches from the most outer edge from were i stand the bike. the stand still has more adjustment room as to accommodate wider bikes.
