Good looking smart tire for supersport bike owners who do more tour riding!!
These tires are perfect for the type of riding I do. I typically do tour riding with my Lady on the back, and occasionally hit it a little harder when I'm out with the fellas. It holds it's own! This is the tire for the biker who rides in all kinds of weather and on all kinds of roads who wants to ride hard (but not dragging the knee) and do lots of tour riding!!

Great in all situations
The Angel ST is an amazing tire, especially with my little SV650. I'm on my second rear after only 3000 miles, but that was no fault of the tire. There was an evil bolt in a curve that decided to cut the life of the tire short. The front tire is sitting at 4000 miles and it didn't wear through the angel design until close to 1200 miles. In most situations I'm able to handle wet road conditions like taking turns when it's dry on lesser tires. Don't let the taboo of a "sport touring" tire scare you away on this one. I've tried multiple other tires that simply did not hold up to wear of an every day rider that puts on more than 40k miles a year. The Pirelli Angel St tires are more than capable of handling whatever is thrown at them on the street... except maybe bolts. But that's the kryptonite of all tires.

Awesome Commuter Tire
Well I am at about 8k miles on this set of tires I bought and I can say dude I am impressed. I do the weekend canyon riding and then ride every day to work. I bought them for their long time wear time but didn't expect to hold up on canyons as they have. All I can say they are awesome. Definitely going to stay with Pirelli tires as I progress with my riding skills and as for the Angels for the everyday rider this is the tire for you.

Great value
With reviews similar to the Pilot Road III at a much cheaper price these are a great value. Never had a bad Pirelli tire. Time will tell how they hold up.

So Far So Good
I found them to be pretty good bang for the buck. After checking with a local M/C store and after installation I would have paid over $100.00 more with there pricing. This is my third set of tires, first time with the Pirellis, in18 months and only managed to have them for a few weeks. So far so good, I can't honestly say anything about the Tread Life until I put down some serious miles. However I find the grip very good and most recenlty have ridden in the rain and still find the tire very good.

about time someone made a tire that works on a KAW, C-14
It is about time that some one made a tire for the Kaw C-14 that worked with all of the power that this bike has now I can ride in the hills and keep most of them 600 at bay. And for a big bike this tire can really be layed over over on it edge and still hold its line with the power on THANK YOU PIRELLI.

Love the Angels
The Angels are great, I'm on my second set. My SV650 does double duty commuting mon-fri and canyon carving on Sunday. This is a great tire for that because it wears long, and grips great. When I get caught in a rain storm, I don't have any problems with the wet handling.
My first rear Angel ended it's life by developing a bit of a flat spot, then showing cords in the center a little sooner than I was expecting. I realized I must have been running the pressure too low. Now I'm running 41psi for commuting and 39psi for the Sunday rides. I know that may seem a bit high for an SV, but at 41psi I get great wear and excellent fuel economy. And at 39psi I can still ride the tire all the way to the edge and drag knee. I have no grip issues with those pressures.
Bottom line is that this is a great sport touring tire. Sure, you can get longer life with a more traditional touring tire; but you have to make a compromise on wear to get this outstanding grip.
I used to run hyper sport tires on my SV (Pirelli Rosso Corsa, Dunlop Q2) but what's the point when the Angel has all the grip I need on the street, is about the same price and wears much longer?
