Oxford Tank Bag
Pros & Cons...but I its a cool bag!!!
I purchased this 18L strap mount tank bag for my Yamaha R3 because my tank is plastic so I can't use a magnetic mount. I love this bags size, features & convenience. However, when I initially purchased & installed it the stitching was defective as well as the plastic connector for the front attachment. I returned it for an exchange but Revzilla required me to send photos of the defective piece before authorizing the return first. I received the new bag, installed it & have been using it for a little over two months now. I normally don't unzip & detach the bag when I leave the bike to go into a store but last weekend I was at the track for the entire day. I needed to remove it & re-attach it several times for various reason that day until the "zipper guide" broke off so its VERY difficult to attach the bag after removing it! That was kind of embarassing in front of other riders but eventually I did attach the bag before we left. It still functions great otherwise as long as I don't detach it. Aside from that issue I am very pleased with my tank bag plus it looks great on my bike!
I purchased this Oxford 18L bag on sale at the time for $29!!!

Worth the Price
I got this strap mount tank bag on sale (I think I paid around $25). The size is good for commuting, or a couple day trip. It will fit my tablet, but will not fit my laptop.
-Pros: It was cheap, and is pretty durable.
-Cons: the attachment/mounting system is a bit cumbersome (I can imagine a few ways they could have improved it); there is no option to expand the size.

The LIttle Bag That Could
I've had this bag for almost 3 weeks, and its treated me well. Now I don't have to carry a backpack whenever I go out. If I'm heading to the gym I'll throw in a rolled up shirt on one side pocket and a rolled up pair of shorts in the other side pocket. In the middle I can fit my lifting shoes, water bottle, U-lock, hat, and some room to spare if I wanted to bring another pair of tightly rolled up pants. If I take everything out, I can pack my Dowco Guardian Weatherall Plus Motorcycle Cover, and a U-Lock inside. Theres a mesh pocket inside that I use to store band aids and other medical stuff.
When it first comes in, the bag will look smooshed, you can see it in one of my pictures, but after 2 days it was able to retain its expanded shape.
Also the front transparent pocket for a map makes a great place to put your phone in. On several occasions, I had google maps on my phone and just slipped it into the transparent pocket. All I had to do was look down to check the next direction, just be careful to not down for too long!!! Quick peek and eyes back on the road, I can't comprehend how people are able to read a paper map in there.
I also wanted to note that I rode it in the rain before, and let it sit for maybe 2 hours total in the rain. It somehow didn't let water soak the stuff inside. That was a plus.
It would be nice to have the ability to lock the bag because I leave my gloves in there when I arrive at my destination, but for the price, you can't ask for too much. Bottom line: Affordable tank bag, can pack a decent amount of stuff if you're tactical about how you pack it. Riding is great without a backpack.

Good tank bag. Both bag and mount with windows
Raw First season rider review. (Plus): Versatile tank bag; Center bag holds 2+ big loaves of bread; Huge window on top of bag!; Huge window on mount as well!; Great for maps, directions, throw in GPS or Mobile device if you want. The 2 side pockets hold glasses; gloves; tools; phone; + etc... This is larger than I thought it would be. The bag rises high also. (Minus): Bag rises so high when full CANNOT TUCK at highway speed; Color slip-ins are weak, Slip-in sleeves do not close in side pockets. I use the mount w/ window on weekend rides to hold map/directions. I use bag for lunch, large thermos, money, gear, etc. in work commutes, but will use on weekend trip. COULD probably hold weekend trip clothes, necessities, etc. which I will definitely test this later this year, future. Remember, this is a tank bag, not 3' Samsonite luggage box. All zippers work well for me, including mount-to-bag zipper.

perfect size, weak zip
I use it for commuting and have stashed waterproofs and winter gloves in it. Perfect size for that. Really happy with it until the zipper broke, the little metal tag that slides in to the other half of the zip broke off. Bag fail after approx 15 times on and off the bike. Could do with a chunkier more robust zip IMHO. Currently awaiting feedback on a replacement.
