Oxford Rainex Motorcycle Cover
the cover caught on a nail head on a wooden fence i had the cover hanging over and when i pulled it down a huge hole tore in the cover.
the cover was basically useless after that. more holes tore after that and the cover was in tatters after about 6 months.
not worth the cost by any stretch.

Bike stays dry
I've had this cover for about a week now so only time will tell. Initial impressions. I ordered a medium for my Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle. The cover would be far too big if not for the height of the mirrors. Once it stretched out in the sun for a day or so it pretty much bundles the bike up entirely. The only thing that's really exposed is the side stand. So since being on my bike, I've seen two days of heavy rain. My bike stayed dry, so it's done its job for now. Time will tell how well it holds up with prolonged use. A note about the vent, I'm concerned with it letting water in. The flap is open and faces up so draining water could easily find its way in. At least its all the way to the front so even if it were to allow any water in only my front wheel and mudguard would have an exposure. Aside from vent design, this cover is everything i was looking for and its reasonably priced.

Great motorcycle cover
The Oxford Rainex Motorcycle Cover is a great product if you're looking to keep your bike clean and away from the elements. The cover comes with reflective material to avoid collisions and has a buckle underneath the cover to make sure it fits tight on the bike. For those that use a solar battery charger, it has a convenient pocket that you can slip the charger right in. All around great product and a great buy.

I haven't had this very long but it looks like a good cover. It has a rubber like feel to it so it will probably do well in the rain. I am using the large on a 2012 Ninja 1000 and it covers all the way to the ground, which I like; I'm guessing that the medium if you want it higher. I didn't need the plastic window and wish it had an exterior flap to cover it for that reason. It also has a too short plastic quick connect to cinch the bottom that is hard to fling to the other side so that makes you get on your hands and knees to grab it and secure it. I would rather have a longer strap with a D-ring. I recommended it but will look elsewhere next time if the things I mentioned aren't addressed.

Oxford Rainex LG for R1200RT
I purchased the large thinking it was the closest fit based on other reviews and it literally fit like a glove. So far it has mostly been used as a dust cover but the thing feels bulletproof and has interior protection for pint.
I do not have a trunk on my R1200RT, so not sure how that would fit, but with side bags it works very well.
I will update if this does not offer the rain protection, but the way it is built, I can not see that being a problem.
Looks like it will last for years.
