It's ok The fit is great. As far as cutting wind, fair to good. If worn under a jacket it conducts the cold. June 30, 2014

Dianne D: My Joe Rocket Radar jacket has fabric panels that let the wind through. Most of the time this is a good thing, but I ride year round and none of my current clothing totally prevents the wind from getting through to my skin.
