Answer: 
There is a reflective Ogio logo on the right strap and the right side of the bag. Overall, there is very little reflective material on the OGIO Squadron RSS II Backpack.

Answer: 
The OGIO Squadron RSS II Backpack is neither water-proof nor water-resistant.

It does not include a helmet-specific strap.

There is raised 3-D bubble mesh where the pack meets the rider's back to provide increased airflow.
