Excellent pack for the price
Product has nice features, it is a very stylish pack compared to the north face ones I was using this looks more professional I even use it to go to work off the bike, I use it for the gym, I've really been putting some good use to this. The bag has very smooth zippers and I would not leave them closed at the top especially if you have anything inside because you won't know if it opens. i recommend closing them to the side. I really like the style and it holds a fair amount of things inside. Held two pairs of my size 13 basketball shoes change of clothes, protein shaker, gatorade bottle, water bottle, thing was stuffed. It is pretty uncomfortable compared to some of my other packs since it doesn't have a thick back padding or holds the back shape straight and the straps are of ok quality, but at the price point it can't be beat. I would also like to add that the pack doesn't feel right unless you have a certain amount of things inside I tried just putting a spiral notebook and ipad and the thing felt weird on my back i had to change it for one of my other smaller bags. Overall it's good fit and finish and can't do too much better for an entry level motorcycling pack. I would definately buy this again if i had to.

Overall it's a solid backup, I've only had it for a couple weeks but it's holding up very well. I can fit my SMX-5 boots, pants, books in the large compartment. I do not feel any weight on my back. I'm happy with the backpack

Sweet deal
I bought this because I have to carry a laptop for work, but I still want to ride. My HP Elitebook laptop fits perfectly, and I can make it extra snug by snaking the power cord under the laptop. As a female, this pack is a little wide on me, but it carries what I need for a commute so it's doable. I love the honeycomb design and the bright color, but I do wish there was more reflective material on the sides of the pack; also, this backpack is slightly water resistant, but NOT waterproof. I don't mind this since I don't make a point of driving when it's pouring out, but for those who are more adventurous than I, keep in mind that if it's drenched outside, the inside of your pack will be damp, too.
Overall a wonderful item for the price.

Good overall budget backpack.
Its a great looking backpack and you cant tell is better quality than most brands. However, I was disappointed with the lack of pockets. Especially the fact that its listed to have a "Zippered fleece lined top valuables pocket" and has no such thing. Even the most basic of backpacks these days have smaller fleece lined pouches for phone sized electronics. Really wish this wasn't advertised incorrectly, as I would've spent a bit more for the higher end renegade bag.

Great bag
I Got the nuclear color scheme for visibility. Well made. Secure. Easily holds my mac and a bunch of other useless junk. Nobody misses seeing me riding down the road so mission accomplished.

A little expensive but nice backpack
A slight bit smaller than expected but nice backpack regardless. It should float more around the $40 range though in my opinion. No regrets!

Love the colors and like the extra pouches!
Nice backpack with extra pouches. Much more durable for use as a school backpack and hope to get a few years out of it. The vinyl on the large inner pouch will determine the durability over time for me. We decided on this brand because our oldest son has an Ogio golf bag and are pleased with it.

Ogio Rebel Backpack
This backpack easily holds a 17" laptop, cord, Ipad, gauntlet gloves, and extra face shield with no problem... I like the adjustable (vertical) sternum strap. It feels very comfortable and I often forget I have it on. If you travel light then this is the bag for you, if not then get some saddle bags cause you probably should have all that on your back. But for everyday purposes then its the one you need.

It's a Backpack!
Overall solid backpack. I've learned over the years that many backpacks outright LIE about the size of the laptop compartment, and my 15" MacBook Pro either doesn't fit at all, or at best, doesn't fit well, in them. The OGIO Rebel has a very spacious laptop compartment, and my computer fits nicely in it. I also carry my portfolio, leather organizer, and a lot of other various computer equipment, portable hard drives, and other odds and ends for work in it, and it has enough pockets, sleeves, and compartments for me too satisfy my OCD and carry everything in a fairly organized manner.

The large main compartment, in addition to my computer in the laptop sleeve, easily holds the portfolio and organizer, as well as the zip-out vest liner of my riding jacket, plus a few other bulky items I often toss in there (extra shoes, etc.).

Comfortable straps, sternum strap to help free up your shoulders while riding, and external side pockets and adjustable straps on the back add to the Rebel's versatility.

Construction seems nice and durable. Plus, the pack is rigid and well built enough that it stands up nicely on its own, which is a nice touch.

Not bad
I think the front pocket could have been a little bigger. Also maybe some more little pockets on the backpack would be nice. Other than that this is a fantastic backpack and holds a ton of stuff. Literally could hold all my books and some. Great backpack so far.

Price and customer reviews.

Needed a riding backpack for work, but not something oversized that I might take for a weekend trip. After reading the reviews and seeing other people in my situation it seemed like the perfect fit for me. The price wasn't outrageous either. Anything over $100 for a backpack is ridiculous so this hit the sweet spot of features and price.

Awesome size, yet even when full, with sternum strap cinched, you forget youre wearing it. I was afraid it would be too large, but in reality, it doesnt Feel any larger than smaller ones, and youll be thankful you have the room the next time youve got a lot of stuff to carry. Today, I packed it with a Joe Rocket motorcycle jacket with full armor, a stiff back pad, a pair of sandals, shorts, a water bottle, and some other junk, and it rode great! Really glad I got this one.

I chose the OGIO Rebel backpack because it looks like a good blend of simplicity and functionality. I ride my TL1000R to class in almost any weather condition so a good, simple pack that can hold my books/notebooks and take the abuse of being used daily is what I was looking for.

Is this pack big enough to fit a mesh riding jacket inside?
Drose2211 on Dec 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I Love this backpack so far. Just tried to fit my Joe rocket textile jacket however, and it was tough. Depending on rigidity, like armor, I'd say it's not a great fit. I might look for something a little larger for regularly packing a riding jacket in. Cheers!
Is this backpack waterproof?
A shopper on Jun 7, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It does not look waterproof to me.
In case it matters, the protection for laptop and iPad is zero, no padding at all to protect laptop and iPad
