Looks good.
I got the Flat Black, so I like the color. The Pinlock system is very cool. But the film(For the Pinlock) scratches super easy. The vents in the helmet is really easy to operate with gloves on and you can actually feel cool air coming into the helmet. The liner is comfy and soft. The Rachet system, I didn't think I'd like till I actually got on the bike wearing the helmet. Feels fine under my chin. The shields block 98% UV rays which is nice to know. The internal shield is dark smoke which is nice.
My only real beef with this helmet, it that it's extremely loud. This is by far the loudest helmet I've worn. The air is coming up from the bottom and you can hear the air going through the port for the NComm option as well, with the cover installed. My ears are ringing after 30 minutes of riding at 55mph. My Icon Mainframe helmet, doesn't have this issue.
But since the helmet is on the light side and has all the other options that seem to work, I'll just wear my earplugs every time I ride. Looking to get something to muffle the wind from the bottom too.

Great first impression
When I got this helmet, I was immediately impressed with it. Everything felt really well-made and it was not too heavy at all. Unfortunately, I had only used it for a few days before it was stolen off my bike while I was away from it for no more than 5 minutes. So, sadly, I cant write a very good review for it. Hopefully I don't get in a wreck and die before I can save up enough money for another one.
Heed this warning, fellow bikers: Carry your stuff with you at all times. Be paranoid. Even if it's just for a few minutes, don't take the risk.

Great helmet
I really like the fit of this helmet. It was too snug around the cheeks but I was able to remove two small white foam inserts in the cheek pads that made it tolerable to wear, I am sure after a few times wearing it they will loosen up. I purchased a large and my head is 23 1/4" with round shape. I think that I probably could have gone with the XL but not sure if it would be too loose. A definite upgrade from my old $100 HBC helmet.

Lady rider recommends this helmet!
The only thing entry-level about this helmet is the price. It is packed with high end features and comfort - definitely best bang for your buck. It's lightweight (medium is only 1490 grams!) and funnels ample amounts of air. Padding is soft and adequate throughout, without being too bulky. No break in period, wear and ride.
I love the ratchet strap, just clip and go. Only downside is no D-ring to attach to aftermarket helmet locks. The inner visor is easy to deploy and retract, but it's not optically perfect. Suitable for short jaunts into the sun. I wear prescription glasses and the N85 accommodates wonderfully. No interference from the visors and easy on/off thru the padding.
As a lady rider, I don't want a big & bulky helmet. The N85 is a good looking fit that does not make you look like an astronaut. It matches all rides, cruiser and sport alike.

Great Helmet For Under $200
I've been riding with this helmet for a couple of months now. I'm not sure I can add much to the existing reviews, so I'll just emphasize some of the points other reviewers have made. This is almost certainly the best bang for the buck you'll get out of a helmet. If you want to move up to something a bit more premium, but don't want to shell out the money for a Shoei or Arai, then this is your helmet. I upgraded to the N85 from a Z1R Phantom, and the N85 is leagues above it. The comfort, soundproofing and built-in VPS are my favorite features - very well-done. And it's always nice to get a custom Pinlock that just snaps into the visor instead of one of the sticky ones that you have to position perfectly. The helmet also seems pretty durable. I tend to sling around and accidentally drop my helmets on occasion and so far I haven't had any reason to question the toughness of the N85. I'm definitely happy with the N85 and would recommend it to anybody who wanted to get an entry-level premium helmet but didn't want to spend more than $200.

Great features
Have owned this helmet for two months riding every day. Aerodynamics are superb. Love the cam lock chin strap. On and off in a flash Pinlock anti fog shield is great. Shield is a snap to take off and put back on. I ride without it in the summer. Only drawback for me was the comfort padding in the top seemed thin which but I could have lived with that before putting an 1/8 inch of neoprene in the top. Overall great helmet. Feels very secure. Glad I bought it Great price at revzilla.
