Nice Product I was impressed with the quality of this product for such a reasonable price, I've only had it on the bike for a week but it's seems to be okay. The tie downs are holding up at 90+mph. Dont forget to buy the kit for your desired tie down, some people have forgotten this, it's a separate item for Nelson-Rigg May 6, 2013
Great bag, poor straps So, the bag arrived and with great excitement I opened it. The bag looked and felt sturdy, and good. The bag is well thought out inside and out. So, I thought a purchase well made. But then came the attachment part...I opened the bag that contained the strap mounting kit, which I purchased separately in addition to the bag. The strap and the plastic buckles are so cheaply made that my observation followed by intuition told me that this is not going to last. Then I took the bag and the strap downstairs to try them on my bike (triumph bonneville). The bag size is perfect (doesnt cover the gas cap and has that contour to match the shape of the tank). The strap will do but I can tell they will fall apart soon. So, in a nutshell, NR did a great job with the bag, but looks like their quality check team neglected the straps. June 6, 2012
