National Cycle VStream Windshield Honda Goldwing GL1800
National Cycle revolutionizes windscreen performance with the VStream® Windscreen! The patented "V" shape and advanced dimensional contours push the wind vortex away from the rider's head, resulting in a peaceful, quiet riding environment. The passenger's comfort is improved as well.
Lexan® polycarbonate is used for outstanding optics and impact strength 23X better than acrylic. Then we add our exclusive Quantum™ hardcoat for scratch resistance 10X better than FMR coating and 30X better than acrylic replacement screens. This is one tough windscreen!
My bride and passenger needed an updated windshield that had less buffeting for her queen pillion. This did the trick. As a benefit to me, there is now some nice cooling air on my arms and sides along with less buffeting and a windshield vent for those intensely warm days.
Super fast shipping. A perfect buying experience.

Scott M: The stock windshield on my 2001 is tired. Read nothing but great things about this model in several enthusiast forums.Jan 24, 2014
A shopper asked:Good evening, What's the difference between the Vstream windshield and the (se) special addition? Is the price the same for each product? Is the height of the Vstearm /Se series taller and wider than stock gl1800 windshield?
Brian M:The SE was another $100 on the manufacturers website. The only difference I can tell is a special coating for the shield. The VStream is taller than stock, but a bit more narrow at the base. This is nice for cooling on hot days as the wind now hits right around the armpit area. The improved shape and design worked much better on me and my bike. And my passenger said its better too. P.S. Get the vented shield if you don't already have a vent. Makes a big difference. Oct 6, 2014
Lee C:I purchased the V Stream and the design of the windshield is different. The design of the V Stream is for the air (and rain) to flow off the outside rather than straight ahead so you get less air (and water) in your face. It fits the same holes as the stock windshield but the fit is a little tighter but still adjustable.Oct 6, 2014
Brian M:Short answer: Yes it is still adjustable. Although because the this windshield is overall a greater thickness than the stock unit, it has significantly more resistance. Bit after living with the new VStream w/vent for a few weeks now, I find myself not adjusting it at all. The vent (which I've never had) flows copious amounts of air at speed. And, I get more air in the arm/armpit regions now. Which works well on warm days. Haven't ridden it in the rain yet. A major improvement over my stock non-vented GL1800 windshield. Also an improvement over stock for my passenger. Recommend. Aug 5, 2014
