National Cycle VStream Tall Touring Windscreen Honda NC700X 2012-2015
Very Sturdy Shield
Everyone seems to include their height on these reviews, and I suppose I'll do the same. At 6'0", this shield is just about the right height on my NC700X. Only a very slight amount of buffeting at the top of my helmet, and none at the sides, unlike the stock tall shield, that saw some minor buffeting both on sides and top. With the VStream, I'm able to lean forward slightly when I want to be in mostly dead air. I've also tried adding a small Puig Clip-On to the top, and that entirely disrupts the flow over my helmet, allowing for face shield up to around 40 mph. I may try a medium or large Puig to see if that works even better. The VStream blocks the air hitting my mid-section very well. This is a solid, sturdy shield for it's size, is very clear, and looks nice. It matches the bolt pattern on the NC700X well. There was only a very minor finishing issue along one lower edge, but out of view and very insignificant.

Not Blown away...which is a good thing.
I was in the market for a higher windscreen due to the highway riding for my commute. With the stock NC700X screen, my head was getting bucked all over the place. I needed something to give me relief. I looked at several and settled on the V-stream. I am wanted to learn more sporty for my NC then utilitarian, but I wanted safety and function, with this screen I had to trade style for function. It is not the prettiest one that I found, but the safest most durable for the price. I like it, it cuts the wind moderately compared to what the website seemed to boast, but well enough that I feel the difference. I am very satisfied with the fact that it's not Acrylic like most others are in it's price range. My bars don't hit it when I turn them (I'm not sure that I can put hand guards on with it though). Over all it's a good durable shield.

Large screen, good coverage, durable
Reviewed for 2013 Honda NC700X
I am 5'10" (70 inches, 178 cm), with 30" inseam (76 cm). With this shield I have no buffeting, aside from a small stream of air hitting the very top of my helmet. I would still use ear plugs for long rides due to this minimal change in wind noise.
The install was quick and easy. The windshield itself is a strong, shatter resistant material which gives me confidence if something were to hit it. I know some who had a turkey hit the center of it at speed and it didn't flinch.
There are other options for similar coverage, but I found this is one of the best looking LARGE windshields available. It fits the lines of the bike well.
The mounting plate also offers an additional mount for accessories like a GoPro or GPS if you wanted.

Tall Riders Beware!
This is an excellent product. Design, construction, materials, installation: all top-of-the-line!
On the road the V-Stream slices through any wind with ease. However, I am 6'1" with a tall-sitting torso. The top of the V-Stream sends massive air-flow right to my face, which feels great on warm days, but otherwise is very, very loud! Even while wearing earplugs it took me several rides to get over the high sound level created by the air-flow deflected by the V-Stream.
This is my first experience with a windscreen so perhaps this is how it is supposed to be?

So much better than stock
This windshield is WAY better than the stock windshield on the NC700X. I commute to work and the wind blast was absolutely awful until I got this windshield. Several of the factors I chose this were the strong, shatter resistant materials it is constructed of, the shape, and size (touring). While wind noise is significantly lower than stock, I am tall and the wind ends up hitting my helmet and causes some extra noise and slight buffeting. My only complaint/suggestion is to add some adjustability to give it a few extra inches or an extension (insert joke here).
Overall, if you have an NC700X, you need an aftermarket windshield. This should be one of your top choices.
