Mustang Wide Tripper Solo Seat For Harley Slim / Blackline 2011-2016
Better than stock seat
Got this for my 2016 FLSS (Softail Slim S). Stock seat was typical Harley; hard and uncomfortable after 30 minutes of riding. The Mustang isn't perfect, but it is better. I was able to go over an hour before I needed to take a break. The Sundowner seat is the best, but looks ridiculous on this bike. Corbin makes a great seat, but at twice the cost.
By far this seat is the best compromise of looks, cost, and comfort.

Find on sale, and buy
To start, I bought my seat during a sale, and then found a coupon code. I do not believe I bought it from revzilla, but that is ok. I got the seat for $150. Not a bad deal if you ask me. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Not only does it look sweet, but it is slightly more comfortable than the stock seat. After wrecking my first bike, I have been looking for more comfort, but still love the look of a Softail Slim. I needed more out of my seat, and the Mustang Seat delivered. This seat doesn't turn a Slim into a lazy boy by any means, but it allows me to go a full tank without worrying about how my backside feels. When I stop to get gas, I stretch (as is normal), and I am good to go. With the stock seat, I had to stop in between 100-150 miles, depending on the road conditions. Really bad roads, well, we can all relate, they suck and are not included in this review. I will probably eventually upgrade to a Road Glide, but, the wallet does not agree with that purchase right now. When I do, Mustang, I am coming for a full lazy boy!!! For those that have a Slim, and can find this seat on sale, get it. I would suggest getting the non-diamond stitch seat, and then getting it re-upholstered to a custom design. If you want the diamond stitch, and want to keep it that way, it is a good purchase. It looks nice, and will get you compliments where you previously did not get any. It doesn't keep water like my last diamond stitch from Harley (on my Nightster). It is a great seat.

Comfortable, Excellent craftsmanship.
Ive had Mustang seats before so I knew that this was going to be a well put together product. It fits my bike perfectly and didn't require any adjustment. I ride daily and have no complaints. Install was a snap and used original mounting hardware, and includes piece to mount passenger pillion. (I did purchase the pillion and recommend it equally as strong)

A great seat for a great price!
After looking at a lot of seats and reading a lot of reviews, I purchased the Mustang Wide Tripper Solo Seat. I have been very happy with the comfort and the look. I have no regrets with this puchase.

Great pillion! Definitely worth it!
Upgraded to the MUSTANG pillion after a 400mile day that left the gf miserable and swearing off motorcycles forever. One day on this seat and now we're planning a 3k mile adventure through Mexico.
This installs super easy (but only if you have the MUSTANG daytripper seat too) just clips into mounting pin and bolts down with original thumb screw. Includes female piece that you do need to pop into rear fender. The seat itself is about as wide as the rear fender, maybe more and it looks great on the bike! Definitely a recommended purchase.

Super soft seat
Got it in 2 days, thanks Revzilla! Bought it because the wife didn't like the stock pillion pad. Can't blame her, I sat on it and it did suck. This one is softer and larger and she loves it. A win-win for me. Happy wife, happy life!

I like the factory stock seat better
I bought this seat because I needed the matching pillion passenger seat. However, I noticed that the passenger seat fits with the factory stock seat. I also wanted the backrest and noticed that this seat does not fit the back rest. I felt that the stock seat was a more comfortable seat than the mustang. I will be selling this seat or attempt to return this seat from Revzilla.
