Must be good I have yet to use this kit on my motorcycle chain, but I rode my pedal bike through the winter to work and as a result it is now rusty piece of junk. The chain slips every rotation as the links are so rusty they do not pivot. After using this kit on my pedal bike the chain slip was reduced to a minimum on a chain that is in terrible condition and made the bike rideable for a little while longer at least. April 8, 2013
The degreaser works great. The chain lube not so much I've used quite a few chain lubes over the years and one of the biggest things I've considered is how much fling you're going to be dealing with. The degeaser takes the stuff off in pretty much an instant but unfortunately you're going to be using it all the time. I had my bike sit a full 2 days after applying and after a short trip I got off my bike and saw the chain lube EVERYWHERE! It really was disappointing. Also that cloth they provide would have been better serviced as a microfiber since this thing just shreds apart upon use. I think there are a lot of products out there that provide above average protection with much, much less fling off. April 3, 2013
The degreaser works great, and the chain lube is effective and easy to apply. I bought this set for use when im away from the garage. The degreaser does a fast effective job of cleaning the chain and sprocket. The lube itself is ez to use from the large can, it isn't very straight forward as to how to use the smaller refillable container. April 25, 2012
Great Kit - all you need Great product, works very well, especially the cleaner. So much so, that I used the cleaner to remove splatter from the back of the motorcycle. I tried simple green and car soap but neither worked. I sprayed the Motorex chain cleaner and voila! all gone. The BONUS rag is great to use and then discard so that you don't use other rags.
