Mundy M: The Joker 440 seems to penetrate better and quicker but also wears off faster in wet conditions. I like it for a quick lube of parts but have to do it more often.

I'd say if your primary use is for parts that will be getting wet, use the Bel-Ray.

Just my opinion after a couple of years of use. I hope it helps.
