Well made and great functionality.
I've had this backpack close to 2 years now. I use it everyday - mainly for going to work even on days when riding isn't my mode of transportation. It's very lightweight for it's size. Plenty of room for a 13" macbook and document folders. I even managed to pack in a DSLR camera among other things including laptops. Excellent protection for laptops and other electronic devices - lots of padding on the bottom.
Also, the coolest thing I find is that regardless of how much load it has, it always sits up on it's own when you place it on the floor or ground. It never falls over forward or backwards like most backpacks do.
Very durable: Shoulder straps are well padded and eases off the strain on my shoulders when I got it loaded to the max. The waist strap is good - keeps the backpack tight in position when leaning around the corners. The handle at top is sturdy and ergonomic.
My favorite is the helmet carrier. It tucks in neatly inside a small pocket in front when not in use. It holds practically any full-face helmets securely. I tried it with medium and large size helmets, and it works well.
Nice touch with the reflective piping on the front - great for visibility at night.
Overall great backpack - best bang for the buck!
