If you are looking for a cheap solution The windscreen is 4.1mm thick compared to 3.9mm stock. The build quality is good and there are no rough edges. It is about 6" taller than stock (I ordered the +4"). I wear a Schuberth S2 helmet, I am 5'6" with 30" inseam. This windscreen was better than stock only upto 40mph, very little wind buffeting. Over 40mph specially at highway speeds, the wind buffeting was as bad as stock. The top edge of the windscreen also vibrates at highway speeds. April 15, 2013
Finally my windscreen issues are solved!! I tried various tall windshields for my 2012 BMW F650GS twin, including the F800GS tall windshield, Givi, etc. None of them stopped wind buffeting or helmet (Nolan N85) noice (I am 5'6" with 30" in seem). This being relatively a cheaper windscreen in he market, I actually didn't have much hope when I bought it. But it surprisingly did the job. There is very little wind noice and I can clearly hear the sound of the engine even at 100kmph now. Bike holds steady even upto 150kmh. I am not sure of the durability of the product yet since its hardly 2 weeks since I purchased it. But I am happy so far. March 25, 2013

The Moose Racing Adventure Windscreen is from .118 and .177 of an inch thick, depending on the model.
