Love this helmet! Great helmet for cruising around town. I bought a large, which usually fits perfectly but the large in Momo helmets is a little tighter than most other brands (Arai, HJC, etc). Helmet still fits nicely though and love the style of it. January 21, 2013
a great helmet Very lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended rides. My only complaint is when you bring the screen down, it funnels the wind around your head (aka ears) making it very noisy. Perhaps thicker padding around the ears would prevent this??? August 27, 2012
for the looks I'm glad that revzilla finally started carrying MOMO Design helmets......I had to order all of mine from Germany! Let's face it, MOMO helmets are more for style than anything. However, the Avio is super light weight and has a ton of airflow, since it only has a bubble visor. That being said, there really is no face protection so you'd better wear some type of face covering or have a good windshield. I ride a Diavel and it doesn't come with a windshield so I wear a balaclava under all my helmets...half face or not. I got hit in the face with a tiny bug going like 80 and it stung pretty bad. Again, it's a beautiful helmet probably designed for cruising around the city, but I wouldn't race down the highway at full throttle. At higher speeds, it tends to create a bit of a parachute effect. Great style and works well for city riding I really like Momo Avio for it's style and versatility, the helmet has great airflow even with the visor in the closed position. The negative items are the helmet is very round and my head is more oval so the fit is not ideal, also when the visor is up it creates a loud whistling noise. June 18, 2012

This helmet does not offer an Internal Sun Visor. If you are looking for a helmet that does offer an internal sunvisor, please click on our helmets section of the website, then click "View All" and on the left hand side you will see the ability to narrow by category. Select "Internal Sun Visor" and this will show you all the helmets that we offer that have the Internal Sun Visor that can be flipped up and down when needed.
