Leo Vince LV One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR500R / CB500F / CB500X

The Leo Vince LV One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust is the entry level exhaust in the LeoVince line and is built on the success of the SBK Factory range. Similar in shape to the original LV ONE, the EVO II has taken a leap forward with the use of the most modern materials and a redesigned end-cap. The end-cap is constructed of a techno-polymer that is both durable and heat resistant. Gone are the days of a square muffler inlet cap, the LV One EVO II incorporates an aerodynamic inlet cap to reduce drag and increase its sporty appeal. Last but not least it features that distinct LeoVince performance and sound that will enhance your motorcycle’s power output throughout the entire RPM range.

Two options are available for most models: stainless steel and carbon fiber. The stainless steel features ASIS 204 stainless steel with a special sandblasted finish giving it a titanium-like look. The carbon fiber option is the lighter than stainless steel and features a flat finish that exposes the intricate carbon fiber weave.

Features:

  • CAD/CAM design for precise fit
  • Techno-polymer end-cap
  • Weight savings over stock exhaust
  • Increased horsepower across the entire RPM range
  • TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel link pipe
  • Tuned to work with stock fuel settings

Note: Leo Vince Exhaust no longer features the "Leo Vince SBK" logo, please reference image #1 for the current exhaust logo.

Very satisfied: great bang for the buck
I exhaustively read reviews of the slipons available for my CB500F and eventually settled on this one because the tone was reportedly closer to what I was looking for (low and moderately aggressive). It had the perfect convergence of factors for me: great sound, excellent reviews, reputable brand, great build quality, and a very reasonable price. I don't notice much of a difference in acceleration from stock, though it seems not to pull quite as hard in the mid-range: great in low/high ranges, though. I'm planning to put in a PCFC to get the most out of it. There's a little burbling and popping when decelerating hard as you'd find with any slipon, but it's mild. Overall, the LV one provides a much more satisfying riding experience: highly recommended.

Looks good, sounds good, gave my bike a little extra zoom power
Put on the exhaust in about 3-4 minutes and it was done! I can actually hear my bike's exhaust....much more than that silly sound that it makes. It's almost worse than a scooter. Hahaha. As far as the power? I can't really tell a major difference but between this an a new k and n air filter, there's certainly a better throttle response. A lot, actually.
For the centerstand, you can "add" an extra brace or something about the exhaust/header coupling so the centerstand has bumpstop. Just add an extra one and make it extra large. Or just use an extralarge (as in wide) to accomodate.

Awesome Exhaust.
I received mine in the mail today, and just put it on. It took me about 30 mins to do it. I got the carbon fiber one, I like the way it goes with my white (tricolor) CBR500R. I have yet to take out the silencer, which I will do soon, but even with it in the bike sound better, and definitely looks a lot better.

First off, I just have to say HOLY S&^&!!!!! this is more than I was expecting for a slip on!! I just bought a cbr500 and I was less than impressed with the stock exhaust, very quiet... we put this baby on in about 15 mins and started her up! wow!! so awesome! i took the silencer out of the can and boy is it loud! got it in carbon fiber so it look sweeeeeet on my all black bike (soon to add some serious pink carbon fiber) :) couldn't be happier! and revzilla.com is deff the best priced around! placing another order for some more stuff asap!

I bought this slip-on system and there are two different dB-killer included. One was already pre-installed in the can, and the other one has holes on it. What are the differences may I ask?
Chun Kit T on Feb 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The one with holes in it is a silencer. It will make it quieter. Also, if you take the one out already installed it will make louder. They are fairly easy to swap out so you can experiment with how loud you want you're exhaust.
