Leo Vince LV-One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 / XC

The Leo Vince LV One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust is the entry level exhaust in the LeoVince line and is built on the success of the SBK Factory range. Similar in shape to the original LV ONE, the EVO II has taken a leap forward with the use of the most modern materials and a redesigned end-cap. The end-cap is constructed of a techno-polymer that is both durable and heat resistant. Gone are the days of a square muffler inlet cap, the LV One EVO II incorporates an aerodynamic inlet cap to reduce drag and increase its sporty appeal. Last but not least it features that distinct LeoVince performance and sound that will enhance your motorcycle’s power output throughout the entire RPM range.

Two options are available for most models: stainless steel and carbon fiber. The stainless steel features ASIS 204 stainless steel with a special sandblasted finish giving it a titanium-like look. The carbon fiber option is the lighter than stainless steel and features a flat finish that exposes the intricate carbon fiber weave.

Features:

  • CAD/CAM design for precise fit
  • Techno-polymer end-cap
  • Weight savings over stock exhaust
  • Increased horsepower across the entire RPM range
  • TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel link pipe
  • Tuned to work with stock fuel settings

Note: Leo Vince Exhaust no longer features the "Leo Vince SBK" logo, please reference image #1 for the current exhaust logo.

Leo Vince EVO II
I bought this muffler for my 2013 Triumph explorer. It slipped on without any fuss.sounds great weighs less than original and looks good too. Only one minor caveat is that the muffler has a center stand stop integrated into the mid pipe. the Leo Vince didnt fit into the same spot as original so i had to weld a small extension onto the center stand to improve the contact. The fix is adequate but probably not as strong as the original.

Great except for the centre stand stopper
This sounds, looks and performs great. Its not too loud even with the Db killer out. Installation was easy, but the stopper on the exhaust link pipe for the centre stand is not big enough to stop the stand from hitting the swing arm on the other side from the exhaust. I had too buy a larger door stop at the hardware store and modify it to fix it, which i wouldn't expect from Leo Vince..

Sounds great without being too loud if you leave the baffles in. Looks much better than stock. Not as bulbous looking!

Guys, I want the Leo Vince Carbon Fiber exaust for my Tiger 800 Roadie. Will this fit? Please let me know. I want only the Carbon Version.

BEST ANSWER: Oswaldo, a couple things: This for the Explorer; I didn't get the CF one, I got the aluminum one; and I'd be surprised if the dimensions for your 800 (pipe diameter, hanger length, spring mount hoops location) exactly match the Explorer. Having said that, Zilla has a great return policy...so there's only one way to find out if it fits. Order it.
