Great Exhaust for the money!
Sounds and looks good. Much smaller and lighter than the stock exhaust. Good price compared to the other aftermarket exhaust available.

great look and easy to install
This exhaust made all the difference in the world for the bike. Not only does it sound much better but it looks much better. I would highly recommend this exhaust for any tiger 800 owner. Very easy to install.

Excellent Value
Very good build quaity, very easy to install and fits almost perfect. The muffler is connected to down pipe by only one spring (tool included to pull) and the muffler is only mounted at one point - this causes slight movement of the muffler if you wiggle it. There was a factory defect on the plastic end cap but Revzilla customer service sorted it out. All in all very happy with the new music from my Trumpet !

Great exhaust sound with one exception
Everything about this exhaust is great, especially the price. I didnt buy it here b/c revzilla didnt carry it then, but I wish I had its about 100 bucks cheaper here on revzilla.
The biggest thing to know about this exhaust or any exhaust for the Tiger 800 XC is that the engine is designed to backfire as part of its "normal operation".
This exhaust will make the backfire sounds extremely noticeable, especially with the decibel killer out.
I will state again that this is not the result of the exhaust but a result of the Triumph engine, the exhaust just makes it noticeable with the extra sound.
Minus the backfiring during engine braking/deceleration the exhaust sounds great. Good thick and smooth sound and stylish looks. The Leo Vince sticker peeled right off, which is what I wanted.
Keep in mind that any exhaust will really make the "normal" engine backfire much more pronounced.
Bang for buck this cant be beat!

All Leo Vince exhausts meant for use on off-road Adventure Touring Bikes will come with a spark arrestor/db killer as standard to be installed by the end user. Leo Vince Slip-on and Full Systems are designed to work with factory fuel settings and do not need to be re-tuned or remapped. Any horse power figures provided are achieved with the factory fuel settings.6 months ago

I pretty sure they are the same but could you varify that it also fits the Tiger XC? Is it stamped "US Forest Service Approved" for spark arrest? What is the weight savings (carbon fiber model) over the OEM muffler?

The Leo Vince Alip-on exhaust will fit both the Tiger 800 and 800XC. However it does not come with a spark arrester and is not stamped as such.6 months ago
