Leo Vince LV-One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust KTM 690 SMC / Enduro / SMC R

The Leo Vince LV One EVO II Slip-On Exhaust is the entry level exhaust in the LeoVince line and is built on the success of the SBK Factory range. Similar in shape to the original LV ONE, the EVO II has taken a leap forward with the use of the most modern materials and a redesigned end-cap. The end-cap is constructed of a techno-polymer that is both durable and heat resistant. Gone are the days of a square muffler inlet cap, the LV One EVO II incorporates an aerodynamic inlet cap to reduce drag and increase its sporty appeal. Last but not least it features that distinct LeoVince performance and sound that will enhance your motorcycle’s power output throughout the entire RPM range.

Two options are available for most models: stainless steel and carbon fiber. The stainless steel features ASIS 204 stainless steel with a special sandblasted finish giving it a titanium-like look. The carbon fiber option is the lighter than stainless steel and features a flat finish that exposes the intricate carbon fiber weave.

Features:

  • CAD/CAM design for precise fit
  • Techno-polymer end-cap
  • Weight savings over stock exhaust
  • Increased horsepower across the entire RPM range
  • TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel link pipe
  • Tuned to work with stock fuel settings

Note: Leo Vince Exhaust no longer features the "Leo Vince SBK" logo, please reference image #1 for the current exhaust logo.

Great for 2012 KTM 690R
The Leo Vince slip on muffler is a great add on to your KTM 690R. I received a well packaged and excellent fitted product. It was a very easy install and the items all fitted perfect. I fired the engine and used the recommended mapping of (2) advanced and allowed 5 minutes for the electronics to tune with the Vince exhaust. Test rode the bike and immediately was impressed with the smooth power. The exhaust sound was very impressive for the big single 650cc. The engine is definitely flowing air much better than stock muffler would allow. I highly recommend this product. Revzilla also delivered the product very fast, and as normal well packaged!

Great Exhaust for 690 SMC
After comprehensively researching the sounds behind various pipe options for the 690, I settled on the Leo Vince system. I was searching for a balance between a more aggressive exhaust note over stock, but not disruptively loud to the public. I am currently running this pipe with the silencing insert still in place, and I feel like the volume is perfect. You can creep along if needed without announcing your presence, but crack the throttle open hard, and the pipe makes a fantastic bark. The full throttle sound puts a smile on my face every time. Install was very straightforward, and I prefer the fitment over stock, as the pipe no longer contacts the tail fairing. Also, it runs significantly cooler than stock, which is a welcome change. I have the EVO2 cam, airfilter, and Akra tune, and the bike runs very nicely in this configuration. For those looking for a cheaper substitution for the Akra pipe, I found this to be a viable option.

Will this exhaust fit a 2015 690 endure r ? Thanks Craig.

BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure? that would be one for Leo Vince or distributer. However, I adore mine on the 2012 set at the #1 fuel mapping setting. I gained performance, reduction in weight, cooler operating temperature, and 55-60 mpg also an improvement for the 2012 model (I understand KTM has improved the 2014-15 mpg even more). I highly recommend the pipe.
