Leo Vince GP Corsa Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR500R / CB500F / CB500X 2013-2015
After a lot of research this exaust in the $200 range is the best!
Had this slip on Leo Vince installed today (had the dealer do the install even though I hear it's fairly easy to do yourself since I'm not really mechanically inclined) Since the install is quick it doesn't cost much to have them do it for you. Cost me about 40 and imo that was worth it to know it's done right. They installed without the baffle which easily can be put back in if needed with one bolt..which is why I like this option in case later on I want it quieter (which will likely not happen though lol)
So..onto the sound..I tried listening to YouTube clips of how a few comparables sounded but you can't really gauge the sound that way so I ended up choosing this one more based on the look/style. I compared with Coffman and the lxil hyper flow but the Coffman I felt was too small which would expose the swing arm too much for my taste and the lxil was out of the 200 range so I choose the Leo Vince based on that.
Sound: Oh yea!! It has that growl I was looking for and I'm happy with it. If you're considering this exaust..I would highly recommend it!!! Looks bangin in the carbon version I bought. Definitely the best mod I've done so far!

No better slip-on for the CBR500R
Sounds great. Looks even better. Installation is definitely a 'one beard' on the Revzilla beard scale (or less). If you're thinking about getting an after-market slip-on for your Honda, do it. Get this one. You won't be disappointed.
Another fun tidbit about this exhaust: because of the material (carbon fiber, I suppose) of the actual exhaust (not the pipe), it doesn't get nearly as hot as the OEM exhaust. So if you're like me and need to chain up your bike to prevent theft, this exhaust definitely won't burn you like the OEM did to me a few times...

Loud & Light
This slip-on is perfect for my cbr500r. It's way louder than the stock exhaust (like putting a trumpet on the exhaust pipe) and is also considerably lighter. I would've rather had the chrome finish to match the stock, but the carbon fiber doesn't look too shabby at all... :3 Great buy!

great exhaust fro the money !
I got this exhaust for a cb500f and definitively a great addition. After a long research of other items I picked this out due features vrs cost and I happy I did.
- sounds great
- it comes with db killer if you want quiet sound but still way much better than original exhaust
- quality and finish, it looks awesome
- easy to install, all parts included
- lighter and smaller than original
- Now I can hear some small back-fire when going down hill using low gears. It is not an issue just I didn't hear that with the original exhaust

This exhaust was perfect for my wife, who is still becoming comfortable with finding her friction zones quickly. It was very cheap compared to other options, and I feel it sounds great (admittedly, I took her bike out just to rip it around a while and enjoy the noise).
It's not the PRETTIEST option, certainly, but as an overall package, I feel this was an excellent purchase.

Great sound for the money
Most other slip on exhausts were an additional $200-$400 so the price is the greatest asset. The sound from this slip-on is very good and also the db killer included drops the volume nicely without changing the sound much.
Only con is The clamp to the existing tailpipe could have been a bit better. Had some exhaust leakage the first time I tightened it down. Had to adjust the clamp to just the right angle to get it to stop.

Nothing beats it for the price.....
Totally changed the sound of my CBR500R. Not loud and obnoxious, doesn't sound like a mad dirt bike. Just sounds very deep. I do not use the silencer and it is fine...

I hated how quiet the stock pipe was and my salesman recommended this pipe when i got my bike.
i must say, with the db killer out, the bike is not overly loud. the tone is very deep and rich. when you get on the gas, the bike comes alive with music. gives me a chubby.
you can beat the price either.
