Loud Pipes Save Lives! Great look. Great loud sound. Slip on installed in ten minutes. Very simple to install. Unit looks awesome, Call me old-school, but I like the aluminum look. Couldn't wait to get rid of that trash can bolted to the side of my bike. BEWARE! This baby is loud! Deep throaty sound without db killer. Kinda tinny with it. I prefer the deeper more raspy sound I get without the killer in. You'll forget you're on a 250. Even a few hog riders have given me a second look. Cut my muffler weight almost in half. More power for those Hill Country roller coasters. Will wake the neighbors for sure though. Seriously consider wearing ear plugs when running hard. Did I mention this thing is loud? YeeeeeeeHaw!!! April 26, 2013
Very light and loud This exhaust is so much lighter than the stock , it's night and day different. The bike sound like a Harley with this exhaust. I personally don't like the sound but it allow other drivers to at least have an idea that a biker is in the area and not riding in stealth mode like the stock exhaust. The look and finish is very nice. Installation was easy except for the spring that connect the mid pipe and the muffler. I can't really feel any major power increase though since I also ride a 600rr and this bike feels slow no matter that I do to it lol. April 11, 2013
Simple install I bought this pipe for my son's 2012 CBR 250R. It sounds good and i know he will be heard now rather than running in stealth mode with the stock pipe. Price was good also. January 28, 2013
Excellent exhaust for the price. For anyone who wants a quieter exhaust, I would buy something different. Remember, this is a GP exhaust. Other than that, you cannot beat the price for this product. I keep the silencer in because without it... it is obnoxious. It is still plenty loud with the silencer in and it helps get you noticed by drivers who find it necessary to text while changing lanes, assuming it is safe to do so. It isn't the best sounding exhaust for the street but it has gotten better with more wear. It is developing a little bit deeper of a tone with time making it sound less like a lawnmower on steroids (it is a 250) when under heavy throttle. At highway speeds it is not overbearing at all. I cant promise you more horsepower, but I can tell you throttle response is better. I later added a K&N air filter, greater improving overall feel of the engine. With these two combined I am content. Make sure you disconnect your battery for a while to let the ECU reset. I have had no issues at all with the exhaust or filter because I did this. Install was a no brainer and far easier than my GSXR since this slip on didn't require the bike to be on a stand. Granted most slip-ons don't. This pipe is light, far lighter than the stock pipe. The aluminum finish is nice. Since it is a 250, I cannot justify spending more on an exhaust, and this one fits the bill nicely. January 28, 2013
Awesome sound and look for those on a budget. Install was simple. The loss of 10 lbs. is admirable. Turns heads way more than with the bulky stock muffler. December 18, 2012
I definitely recommend this product! Im so glad I bought this exhaust. It has all around improved my bike. there was absolutely no hassel in buying this product. it arrived 3 days after i purchased it! it was easy to install. It looks way better on the bike and sound way cooler. and i swear it gives it a little more power. For instance, I commute to work up a canyon which before I could only reach a max speed of 64 mph on the steepest part, and today was the first time I drove up it since I put the exhaust on and I went up it never going under 74 mph. This is a very affordable slipon exhaust. Looks great, easy to install, took me 30 Mins to remove the stock and install the new one in. Really loud sound for those who interest in that. August 27, 2012
Italian design, nice upgrade to stock exhaust Makes the exhaust note louder, it's really loud without the baffle. Highly recommend! August 4, 2012

Do you know the Decibel output of this Exhaust on the Cbr250r, because there are noise restrictions in Australia.
