A shopper asked: Does the quantity 1 no. of rein stopper mean 1 stopper that covers one vent hole or a pair for both vent holes? Aug 13, 2013

David K: rain stopper is a pair of 2 plastic pieces that go in front of the vent holes.
My experience so far is that the rain stoppers cut down the air flow and if you close the top vent that stops the rain. In my opinion not really a necessary farkle. Just came back from MOA in Salem so I experienced very hot and very rainy weather at different points on trip. If vent left open, rain has cooling effect on hot days. Much cooler helmet than my friend's Schu***th in extreme heat across the Snake Valley Basin and the Dakotas. Hope that helps

Ermin M: My rain stopper pack came with two plugs in a small bag. I don't think you would get single one. I never had to use them yet.

Anita M: It should mean 1 pair since there are 2 vents. I received a pair when I ordered mine. Aug 13, 2013

JuanCristobal F: and they are included with your helmet. Aug 14, 2013
JONATHAN N: It is a pair that comes to cover both vents. That being said, I've ridden in heavy rains with the Lazer Monanco without the "rain stoppers" when the air vent was both opened and closed. Never did I feel rain enter the helmet, so I really do not see the rain covers as necessary IMHO. It's nice to have them in case I do multi-day trips in continuous rain, in the event such leakage was too have.

Also, some kudos to revzilla...when I initially received my Lazer Monaco helmet, the rain stoppers were not in the package. I called REVZILLA and they mailed the rain stoppers to me immediately.

They have great customer service - that is why i do all my shopping with them.
