Super light and great value I read the other review on noise and had to comment. I have front shields on both my cycles and this helmet is very quiet. On hot days while riding at slower speeds, I have the chin guard all the way up with the shield closed. Super quiet like this in conjunction with my cycle shield and delivers high volume of cooling air. This Carbon Fiber Helmet is so light it greatly reduces my neck muscle fatigue while touring. Yes if the visor is 1/2 open there is some chatter at highway speeds from wind buffeting. But, every helmet I have owned does that. Can' say enough on how easy this light weight helmet is on my neck. Great bang for the buck July 12, 2014
Clunky Helmet Yes, clunky because: - Noisy above 100km/h - The glass vibrate from side wind above 50km/h (clap-clap) when half open. What a turn off !!!!!!!!!!! - Cheek pads too thick - You need your 2 hands to properly close the face guard OR you need to shut it down very hard with one hand. (VERY BAD) - The second day I use the helmet, I have lost one of the 2 screews that holds the face guard ... I regret that I bought this helmet and should have taken the Schuberth C3 Pro for $300 more. Pat R1200GS/2012 May 24, 2014
