LaZer Kestrel Deep Helmet
I love the look of this helmet and the air flow and noise level is decent. I love the fact that I got a free shield with the purchase of this helmet. The helmet is of decent weight and the visibility is good. I ordered a MS as my head size was the same as the guy it was being demo on and it's tight, so you might want to go a little larger.

I have owned a number of helmets from Shoei, AGV, Shark, HJC, Icon, ect.. This is my first Lazer helmet. I am impressed. The price point places it on the lower end of what I would consider a decent helmet, but the value of this helmet blows me away. It fits nice; I ordered a ML and wear a M in most everything. It is comfortable and quiet, I was most impressed with how comfortable the helmet is. The included UV sensitive face shield was a nice addition and it works well. The design is nice, I like the pearl white accents. It does have an interest "point" in the chin area. This only places a factors when placing the helmet down. I have all my helmets on display and most of the time they sit flush on my shelving. This once pivots back and forth on the point of the chin. Overall I am impressed with Lazer and will look to them again for an additional helmet.

Was hoping for a better fit
I bought this helmet because I wanted a light weight hi-vis helmet. I watched the vids, researched on the manufacture site and decided to purchase. I ordered a 2XL with the theory if it was a little big I could always order the XL liner. Well my logic was almost correct. The cheek pads fit well but the 2XL liner was a little too big so I went and ordered the XL liner. Could be my head shape but I didn't notice a significant size difference in the two liners. I measured and the circumference was the same. The only noticeable difference was the padding on the back of the liner, but still wasn't enough to make a difference for me. I returned the XL liner and decided to add a skull cap between the EPS and the liner. Makes the helmet a little better.
I did call CS and was told the XL and Large liners had a different design, which was disappointing because of Lazer's claimed Morpho System Plus. So be warned go with your actual measurement and don't wear it on the bike if you think you might need to return it. Also the cheek pads extend and cover my ears. After a day long ride I found this to be irritation. I have since cut the foam from that part of the cheek pad
The best part of this helmet is the shield. Pinlock AND free photochromic shield upgrade that was offered when I made my purchase. Air flow is also very good and the helmet is one of the quietest I have ridden in. Woked well over the summer in Hotlanta.
For comparison sake my Scorpion Exo 1000 and Exo 400 in 2XL and my Bell Vortex in XL offer me a better/snugger/more secure fit.
For the money I would probably but another Bell.

A Very Good Helmet
This helmet is feature packed. I got it with the transitions lens that is free on promo. What an awesome package for $250!
I am familiar with Lazer due to cycling so I knew they wouldn't disappoint. I am fairly new to motorcycles so I wasn't really that keen on spending 500-600 on a Shoei / Arai. I feel more comfortable in this than I did in my buddy's RF1100.
I like the HiViz color scheme, mainly for safety, but I think it looks pretty good considering how loud the colors are.
The real selling point on this thing is the lens. Pinlock and transitions means it never fogs and I never need sunglasses, drop visor, anything. It is just dialed in, all of the time.
The fit is a little snug, but I am sure it will pack out a bit. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.

Bang for the buck at is finest.
Alright since this is the first review i will try to cover as much as possible, first of all this thing came in 2-3 days to me, i live in Puerto Rico, i expected this to come in 2 weeks... this guys are professionally quick.
It comes very protected on 2 boxes, it brings a red bag for when your not on the road, this Helmet is BRIGHT, the pictures doesn't do it justice, you should see the review video instead, you could also skip it to where the green one is shown.
It has a great style graphics and comfort, it has 3D padding lining which is really comfort even at first when your breaking in the padding, it feels really secure (and its TRUE TO THE SIZE!!)when your in it, you just want to get on your bike and hit the track or road.
While it is very protective it is also light, not the lightest of them all, but the thing wont make your neck hurt.
The airflow on it, it is also very very good as I said i live in Puerto Rico(Caribbean Island, Hot, Summer all the time, Hot girls...oh wait...) and it doesn't make you feel warm at all, the back vents get it right at taking the hot air out.
the chin strap doesn't feel cheap at all, at most nothing of this helmet feels cheap at all, and it is not to surprise coming from LaZer, which in my opinion is an under rated trademark by some( and yeah im not getting paid here or there and lets not start a trademark war)
The lense come out in seconds, Theres no need for higher IQ here, simple as simple as can be. ( which is very good... to change to dark lense for day use and clear for night ), the pin-lock anti-fog system will make this lense to never for on you, I have ride it in the morning, in the hot day, and in the cold night. (tropical weather, best of 3 worlds?)
The only downside to it, and it isn't much, its the sound... it is kind of loud but not the loudest of them all, nothing ear plugs cant fix.
I don't know if I forgot something, but Warning, if you have a girlfriend or a wife... hide this helmet and show them your old one, this thing is a girl magnet and they wont let you leave the house with it on, honestly and be prepared to have your contact list on your phone full for awhile.
