Perfect fit & well made! I wanted some extra hip and thigh protection which incorporated some leggings, and these were ideal for my needs. I'm a 6" Aussie with a waist of 32" and long legs, ordered the Large, and they fit perfectly! There is no slack in the leggings and it's obvious that they can stretch quite a lot in any direction. All of the padding on the impact points sits EXACTLY where it's needed and won't move around or annoy you while riding. In the event of an "off" I know these are going to look after me and have no hesitation recommending them December 4, 2014
If it says Klim, buy it. I bought these as an under layer to wear with jeans. They fit snugly and with a loose pair jeans work fine. I live in San Diego so I was not looking for cold protection. These tights breath so not suited for cold weather riding. The padding is not too large and adequate. As with all Klim products, quality is excellent. Definitely recommend. January 6, 2014
Good product The fabric is not perforated as i would prefer so not much air flow. The comfort padding for the groin/bottom of your butt is well padded but restricts air flow so it gets hot wearing this. The foam protection areas are very dense but there is a gap in protection on the side of the lower thigh areas. I had a bad fall a week before picking these pants up and my bruise was still uncovered by any foam. I will be trying the Alpinsestars Freeride shorts as the pictures look like they cover up more of my thighs. I have washed and machine dried these Klim pants once after a 2 week period and the fabric and foam are still holding up strong. October 14, 2013
Great base layer As with anything from Klim this is a well made product. The padding is thick on the legs and included a small pad in the tail bone area. I recommend a compression type pant under your riding gear so why not have some pads to go with it. I got the M and it fits fine, 5'8" 160 lbs. October 9, 2012

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Dave B: Looking for protective pants to wear under my motocross pants. Have shorts, and have been wearing sleeves under the knee braces. With these, I won't have to wear the sleeves, which tend to slide down. Apr 19, 2014
Janet F: Much needed hip and tail protection integrated in a full-leg underwear along with chamois for comfort.
Hoping that this will work both with on-road pants and with off-road pants and knee braces.
Only thing missing is a fly for the guys.

Joseph B: Great video explaination. Jan 4, 2014
Stephen D: Because the Tactical Shorts are great and now that winter is approaching it would be nice to have less of a draft on my legs with the same protection. Nov 4, 2013
Tracey M asked: These don't have any knee protection, right? Mar 29, 2014

D O: Right. You could look at forcefield armor pants with built in knee protection. The problem with the armor on the butt/saddle on the forcefield pants is it's too stiff and doesn't conform to your butt and motorcycle seat so forcefield's armor forces my butt off my seat sometimes. May 5, 2014

Conny T: No, these pants don't have knee protection, only hip, thigh and tail bone protection. I usually use them as leggins underneath my cordura pants that do have knee protection, but no other padding. Mar 29, 2014

Paul K: I am 6' 210 and got a large and they fit great! They stretch but not too much like some cheaper under clothes I have. The padding is adequate and they breath great and take away the sweat. I don't see a size chart but I would guess a small according to your size and mine and how the large fits me. Hope that helps. Aug 4, 2014

Isaac T asked: I notice some people comment that these are true to size, but I don't see a size chart. How do I know if my measurements fit a M or L? I'm 5'11 170lbs and wear 32x32 jeans. I'd really appreciate some advice. Feb 21, 2014

Paul S: Issac...I wear the same size jeans and ordered the M which fits very well. There is plenty of stretch in the fabric so they will be snug but not restrictive . The M size will be plenty long enough too. Feb 22, 2014

A shopper asked: Hello, I would like to know how the fit is. I am a size 30-32 hip/waist and I am approx. 6 foot. Would a medium or a large fit me? Jun 22, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
D O: My waist is 28 and the fabric feels like it could stretch a couple of inches even after i accidentally dried it on high heat. My inseam is 28" and the bottom of these layer pants cover the bottom of my ankle and feel like they can be stretched a little further. Medium might be OK as the small fits my 28" waist fine. Paul S: I have a 31 inch waist and I'm 5-9. I bought the medium size and they fit fine. I
They are stretchy and I think the medium will work for you.
