Great Stuff -- Flubber! Dilantant armor at its best.
An "Intelligent Polymer" from the UK. The stuff is amazing. I am a believer of all the D30 armor products. Here is a real-use testimonial:

I was looking for a road-side memorial for my daugher's boyfriend who had just died in single vehicle accident #a car -- rolled#. I saw a number of people around some flowers and began to slow to turn around #already had passed it#. But there was this cager right on my butt -- a pickup truck -- tailgating me. So I couldn't stop fast and had to slow and motion to the driver I was turning #next left#. That was a paved road that was only paved for the portion that was visible to me from behind a grassy embankment. I ended up taking the turn too fast and whatta ya know... it is a gravel road and down I go like a sack of potatoes. Low speed but I did land with my full weight on my left elbow right down into the jagged gravel of this side road. No harm... not even a bruise except where the 540 lb HD-VRSC landed on my left leg -- that was sore for a day or two. But the elbow... not even any discomfort. Pretty incredible really. Nothing wrong with the elbow pad either -- just like new and ready to re-use.

Great, comfortable protection!
I bought these to upgrade the protection in a couple of pants I have. They are very flexible and therefore comfortable! I would buy again!

Great protection - Fits perfectly in Pokerun Deuce 2.0 jacket
Purchase the product to replace the armor in a recently purchased Pokerun Deuce 2.0 leather jacket. Great replacement for the stock armor that came with the jacket. Fit perfect in the armor pockets. Lite weight and comfortable.

Excellent, fits TDK kevlar jeans' liner
I bought this to replace the rubber inserts on the kevlar liner of my TDK jeans (Australia). I kept swapping the knee protectors from my Klim Overlands into the kevlar liner cause they are so much more comfortable than the original black rubber ones. I believe they offer the same protection level but D3O is softer and moulds better.
Super comfortable and good protection.

Comfortable, flexible armour, at last!
The regular, hard CE-approved knee armour that came with my Firstgear Mesh-Tex pants made my knees sore after a couple hours of riding. Revzilla staff recommended the Klim Pro D30 armour as a replacement, and it was an excellent choice. The Klim pads provide CE protection, but I hardly notice the armour in the knees anymore, because it is soft and flexible. I'm now thinking about replacing the shoulder and elbow armour in my jackets with the Klim Pro D30 armour, as well.

thick and soft
D30 T5 pro seems to be thick enough for protection, and still soft with high comfort level. Only negative about it is that it is heavier compare to a CE armor.

Worth the price
I like how it has a small amount of give then firms up. I was initially thinking it may be over priced until I held it in my hand.

Used to replace standard
Bought these to replace the standard armour in my wife's Klim Traverse pants. They went in easily and are thinner and more flexible than the standard armour.

Works in the Traverse
Bought the Klim D3O armor for my KLIM Traverse Jacket & Pants, it all fit great. I did insert the elbow pads "backwards" in order to get better coverage.

Great product, but inflexible when cold.
Do not try to bend when putting on jacket in cold weather - it will break! Once warm it will be flexible, but brittle when cold.

Appears to be more comfortable...ordered it for the wife, who always removes knee armor from her gear...maybe she will find these comfy enough to finally wear!

Up armoring my 2005 Olympia jacket. Was actually thinking of buying a new jacket. Talked to one of the gear geeks, who suggested that maybe all I needed to do was up armor. Wow! Because of this I WILL buy a new jacket after the first of the year! Revzilla Rocks!
