Perfect liner socks For winter foot warmth, nothing beats thick wool socks. Unfortunately, they are not comfortable on pressure points and itch. Enter the liner sock. You want something that wicks moisture, is very comfortable, and does not fall off and get lost in your over sock when worn in layers. This sock works perfect. I bought a pair of these and a pair of polypropylene hiking liners socks at a backpacking store. I like these better because the hiking socks tend to creep down to my toes over time.
